Meetings
May 26 · ASP Global - Current
Weekly ASP Global (formerly Primo) website build check-in, without Parker Hoda present. Team reviewed homepage and product page progress including imported products with SKUs, discussed reworking the long category menu into a collapsible parent/subcategory list, and flagged that searching by individual SKU (not just parent product number) would be out of scope and needs a separate quote. Client is also sending two new blue brand colors to consider, with a recommendation to reserve a distinct color for calls to action.
Apr 20 · ASP Global - Current
Weekly check-in with [[Parker Hoda]] on the Primo site build and the upcoming ASP site. Chris's team will deliver an updated site link Wednesday, targeting content/QA approval the following week with a soft goal of launching around May 1st (Cinco de Mayo or May the Fourth themed reveal). Parker flagged that ASP's site will require repositioning the company's value prop away from 'manufacturing sourcing' toward 'products company,' which needs buy-in up to the CEO level, and agreed to send over product/blog content ahead of time to avoid the scheduling delays seen on Primo.
Apr 6 · ASP Global - Current
Development walkthrough for the [[Primo/ASP]] website rebuild: reviewed the coded homepage, product category page, and About Us page, with Chris explaining the drag-and-drop building block system and Font Awesome icon library. Agreed on next steps to get a partial homepage update (hero image, gradient, two category pods) ready by Wednesday for [[Parker Hoda]]'s CEO review, and to have Bella categorize all products into safe patient handling vs pressure injury prevention with URLs in a shared Google Doc/sheet for AI-assisted content import.
Mar 23 · ASP Global - Current
Worked with [[Parker Hoda]] on ASP's landing page and course/CEU delivery approach, landing on a low-tech option: a hidden URL page with embedded videos and a simple form (e.g. Gravity Forms) to collect completion emails and trigger admin notification, rather than building a full gated course platform. Also discussed site structure (avoid demoting the main product bucket unless one product drives most sales) and noted current analytics are limited since the site is single-page. Chris is heading out of town Wednesday through Sunday but aims to have most development done before then.
Mar 13 · ASP Global - Current
Chris walked [[Parker Hoda]] and Bella Tuo through the new homepage design for Primo (heel offloading/pressure injury products), focusing on art style, triangle-based logo motifs, and flexible building blocks rather than final copy. They also reviewed Primo's in-progress logo redesign options together, with Chris giving design feedback (favoring a rounded/flower-like icon over the sharper triangle one) and suggesting a display font pairing. Agreed to start development on the homepage blocks immediately while designing a few more flexible blocks, with Parker to deliver product story content and Salesforce form decisions by mid next week.

Glossary Page on ASPG site
Hi Dawn and Chris, Could you help us add a Symbols Glossary page to the ASP Global website similar to Boston Scientific's example here: https://www.bostonscientific.com/en-US/symbols-glossary.html
