Meeting
ASP Global - Current
Gist
Worked with Parker Hoda on ASP's landing page and course/CEU delivery approach, landing on a low-tech option: a hidden URL page with embedded videos and a simple form (e.g. Gravity Forms) to collect completion emails and trigger admin notification, rather than building a full gated course platform. Also discussed site structure (avoid demoting the main product bucket unless one product drives most sales) and noted current analytics are limited since the site is single-page. Chris is heading out of town Wednesday through Sunday but aims to have most development done before then.

What came out of it
Decisions2
- Build a low-tech landing page with embedded videos and a simple web form for completion tracking instead of a full gated course platform
- Keep the primary content buckets prominent on the homepage rather than demoting them for a single product like the pillow
Risks and blockers2
- Site currently has limited analytics since it's a single-page site with no sub-pages to showcase traffic
- Legal/CEU credit requirements are unclear and could push scope toward a more complex, verified course system
Open questions2
- How legalistic/formal does ASP need to be about issuing CEU credits, which affects whether a simple or fully verified video-tracking system is required
- What specific topic/content details will be provided for the sample landing page
Next steps3
- ClientSend specific content/topic details for the landing page build
- MeBuild out landing page structure with embedded videos and simple completion form
- MeContinue development work before Chris travels Wednesday through Sunday
