Classic City Hire

• Huge conference room because Anil booked a conference room at the wrong WeWork
• I walked through my entire sales process through the actual build stage
• Three options for new hire: (a) hire someone to take the process from Sales to Go Live; (b) Hire someone to take the site from me after Discovery and through Go Live; (c) Hire someone to work under me to do the whole process, but I remain the face of the process.
• How many websites can a standard person do within the course of a month? Right now, this year, my clip has been one per month, but I've been doing a LOT of other things as well. I think that: One would be easy, Two would still be easy, Three website/month would get a bit harder, and Four would be the cap.

Anil's events

• Interest in meeting "what's next" founders
• Starting 2-hour cocktail party in January
• Knows 10-20 people who may be interested in coming to party (+ 2-3 connectors)
• Start this now so that when he's ready to do something big (like retreat), the list is built.
• However, agency founders is where his passion is right now. What problem do they need to solve?

Wiser dinner

• When we left, Leah tried to navigate us around to the metro and got us turned around a few times.
