Chris and Dawn from Classic City walked the State Election Board (Sherry and Hope) through pending website edits: removing duplicate staff addresses, limiting agency staff shown to three people (Sherry, Hope, James) for security reasons per legal advice, updating board member info (removing Dr. Johnston, promoting Janelle King to vice chair, adding Carolyn Roddy), and discussing color palette and icon/design tweaks (agency seal sizing, Georgia Capitol icon as section divider). Timeline agreed: SEB submits remaining content (rules/petitions, complaint process, county election office page) by end of week, Classic City imports meetings and processes all tickets next week, and the site should hit 90-95% completion the following week before going live. SEB still needs to sort out hosting via WP Engine, possibly through Classic City or Rob Sullivan at CWD.
- Only three staff members (Sherry, Hope, James) will be shown on the agency staff page for security reasons
- Duplicate physical addresses will be removed from staff listings during import
- Dr. Johnston will be removed from the board members page and Janelle King will be listed as vice chair next to chairman John Forveer
- Carolyn Roddy will be added as a new board member
- The colored divider bar under section headers will be replaced with a Georgia Capitol icon instead of a background color
- Color palette will shift from stars-and-stripes theme to a 'simply State House' palette
- Investigators have been contacting agency staff directly, prompting a need to limit public contact info for safety
- Stock image downloads are capped at five per day under Classic City's current plan, which could delay sourcing many images
- Hosting account (WP Engine) has not yet been set up; SEB has not received a response from Rob Sullivan at CWD about hosting
- Can the Orchard system support a custom agency seal image in place of default icons?
