Blackwater Digital Services - Current
Blackwater Digital Services: There you go.
Chris LaFay: Sorry about that. My bad.
Blackwater Digital Services: That's all right.
Chris LaFay: I'm going to present the entire window, so I don't have to do this any. Don't have to switch all the time now. There we go. Now we have the whole window. All right, so let me scroll back up here to number one.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah. I think the best way to approach this, unless you think otherwise, because you're obviously the expert here, is to work with the information that you already have in here that's been ported over from the website, create the basic pages, and then I feel like once I see those pages, it'll help me better visualize what needs to be updated on them.
Chris LaFay: Okay, well, let's go ahead and do some of that then. Now, not all of them are created right now, but I wanted to get. Let's go ahead and dive into this, what you're gonna see here before we, like, really dive in. Imagery is not great. So don't read. Don't look too much at the imagery. The imagery is there mostly as placeholder. The content is a little bit more on point. Basically, what I do is I have a setup where I can grab all the content from your existing website. I have a messaging guide that I kind of have internally created, and I have a lot of guide posts around using a lot of the building blocks for this general website structure about how to utilize each of these blocks, what types of content goes in there, what type of messaging structure goes in there, etc. And then I rinse and repeat across the whole gambit of it. And so while you might read some things here that are not 100% factual, there's a lot of stuff from your existing site with some inferences and some other pieces there as well, too. So the goal here, like I was saying, is going to 0 to 60% relatively quickly. One of the other things I do is when I design these out, I like to find a different heading font, though. It sounds like a very small detail, but it adds a lot of texture at the end of the day. So you'll see a slightly different heading font here. I also went ahead and added a green color because you have blue, blue, blue, and more blue. I just had a client who was really excited. They're like, we have a new color palette, Chris. And I'm like, that sounds fantastic. Send me your new colors. And I got it. And it is six shades of blue. And I'm like, you had four shades, but they're like. But it's a different six. I was like, nothing stands out, Bob. So I picked this green color because it stands out against kind of all the different blues that you have. I am not tied to this green at all either, so.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay.
Chris LaFay: Anyway, what I'm gonna do is I'm just going to scroll down through the home page, not going to talk, and just so you can kind of like absorb everything. And then I'll kind of walk you through my thought process. Process.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay. Yeah. I mean, this is perfect. That's it. You're done. Okay. No, obviously there's some things that needs to be changed, but overall, yeah, you nailed it.
Chris LaFay: Fantastic. The, the goal here to kind of give you a behind the scenes peak. Are you familiar with something called story brand, some marketing messaging frameworks that sound familiar at all? I won't dive into the details, but this kind of follows a story brand store, like a methodology from, like, how you walk through. Like, this first section says exactly what it is that you do. The section, this next section talks a little bit about, like, what is that pain point that people feel? And this is where some of the assumptions were drawn out because this wasn't really on the existing site was like, what pains do people feel across these industries? So you can make people know, like, oh, yeah, this dude gets me. Then you talk about a little bit about why you're the expert because you don't want to. And you do it in a way kind of where it's. You make people again feel like they get you. So you kind of actually allude to the solution and the problem together. You walk them through what does the process actually look like? So they know kind of what to expect. Then you talk a little bit about what success looks like once that process is done. Then you basically put testimonials here. Obviously we didn't have testimonials, so we put some industry information and then your final call to action.
Blackwater Digital Services: No, that's great. The. I, I do know that the, the boomers at the top of the company are going to hate that font. I, I like you. I like your idea of having a separate spot and I think something a little funky is fine. I don't know what it is, though. Just the. It's. I just know they're gonna hate it.
Chris LaFay: It's the. It's the. They're gonna probably not like the diet. They're not gonna say it, but it's that bad. It's the diagonal stuff that just doesn't. Yeah, no, no.
Blackwater Digital Services: They didn't have diagonal angles back in the 50s, so they don't. They can't. No diagonal Angles now. But I, I. Oh, your overall idea is perfect. I think the green, I'm not crazy about it. These are tiny things obviously.
Chris LaFay: No, this is fine. This is great.
Blackwater Digital Services: But your idea about having that pop and you're right, there's like 18 shades of blue and black is crappy. But I, the you, you did a really good job with the, the blocks and the drop shadow. Love it. The. I don't really like the scroll up a little bit. I think a little bit more. This one right there. Section 510. I would get rid of that block altogether.
Chris LaFay: Yeah, that's fine. If you like the idea of having a stats block somewhere. I at least wanted to have it on the page.
Blackwater Digital Services: It's always been one of those things that I, when I go through websites I feel like makes them look more generic than anything else. Like people are struggling to find information to put in the block.
Chris LaFay: It depends on how you lay it. It depends on what you put in there. If you're like an agency and you're like 18000 cups of coffee over 20 years, I'm like that. That's stupid. Nobody, nobody cares. But what I will say there is a one thing to think about with these. If it's not stats oriented. Another thing that is that I see good use for this is actually. I wonder if, I wonder if they actually use it on their destroy brand website. Let me see. They do. So I call these success pods. Basically what, what they are are just like mental checklists where you don't want people to think a lot about things but you want them to know that you do it. Like for example a website nowadays by default it is responsive. It is, it works on, it works on a phone. Like if I'm not giving you a website that works on a mobile device. Something is wrong with me at this stage in the game. But there are still people out there who, when I, when I email them and go through the sales process they ask will this work well on my phone? So the idea of having these non important checklist items of just like okay, cool. They, they, they do that thing that I've heard. Check. That's another good usage for something like this. To where for me it would be like mobile responsive. Your website's editable, we don't lock you out of your site. Nothing proprietary like it's kind of those like mental checkboxes that people go through but you don't require a lot of content to display that you know what you're talking about. Does that make sense? I feel like I use way too many words there.
Blackwater Digital Services: No, I understand your point.
Chris LaFay: Okay, cool. Thank you.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah.
Chris LaFay: Yeah.
Blackwater Digital Services: I mean, I, I think if we were. If we were to stick to it Instead of saying 1976, I would have it actually say 50 years in business. Average, average emergency response time 48 hours. Then the other two be like, how many units are currently in the field? And then. Yeah, I don't know, something like that.
Chris LaFay: Mental checklists like that are not bad to have. They could eat this. This section could actually be shoved and made a little bit smaller. Actually, we have a building block that is similar to this. It's not as big. That could actually be put like right underneath here. That would be just a little bit more.
Blackwater Digital Services: I think that would. I think I would like that more.
Chris LaFay: Okay, cool.
Blackwater Digital Services: So it doesn't take up as much real estate.
Chris LaFay: Awesome.
Blackwater Digital Services: But I also, I also, I'm also mindful of that. I don't want this to get too cluttered on the first page.
Chris LaFay: No, you're. And you're right. And we're right here. We basically have a. We basically have a CTA in almost every section, which is kind of the goal. We got green, we got blue. Not. So that should be. Actually, no, that's just why public comment. That should be blue. Start the conversation. That's green. Industry is blue. That's fine. Get a code as green. So the goal here is anything that's green is that next step, action. It's the actual do a thing. Whereas links that are in the secondary color are more information. Yeah, effectively. So awesome. That sounds great. In terms of products. Now, these were images were dragged from your website. So these are not the best images here because they have.
Blackwater Digital Services: Perfect.
Chris LaFay: So you see here we got these. We got a little drop shadow motion happening here. Click on one of them, you get the main image, which again can be replaced. We got the PDF brochure request a quote the details and then we have the list of tech specs.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah, that's perfect.
Chris LaFay: Rinse and repeat times two, times three. Does that feel good? Yeah.
Blackwater Digital Services: We got the 905. Yeah. The three main equipments. And then I think they're. Then we're also going to need the farmer smart units on there as well, which I don't. Did I put them on here? I might not have.
Chris LaFay: No. 1, 2. So it's the, the impulse scale.
Blackwater Digital Services: No, I thought I put them on there somewhere. Shoot you. All the ones you have on there are correct.
Chris LaFay: Remove, remove here. So we have the LC500, LC300.
Blackwater Digital Services: Those are all correct. But we Also need to add the. I'm going to put this in here and this stuff can be pulled directly from. Where's the chat on here?
Chris LaFay: It hides a little bit. So if you're on the. Bottom right hand corner of the window, to the left of the hang up button, there's a little chat icon.
Blackwater Digital Services: I just see Ray and. Oh, there we go.
Chris LaFay: You see it there?
Blackwater Digital Services: If you go here, it's the. Top three units. So it's the PS1000, the PS2000C and the PS2000D I think. So those three units need to also be on the website.
Chris LaFay: Got it. Okay, cool. Yeah. You know what? You. I think you actually mentioned like you can pull stuff from the Pharma Smart site. Yeah, it was a. I had a client recently that was like we sell similar equipment. So if you wanted to pull some types of verbiage from their website and pull it in, you can kind of use some of their like verbiage of their equipment and then use it. I did not realize that this was their equipment as well too. So. Okay.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah. And can you also let me go back here to the website? There we go. Go back to the website. No, the new one for products. Can you have a drop down as well? Yeah, okay.
Chris LaFay: Yeah, do that. Yep, definitely. So.
Blackwater Digital Services: All right.
Chris LaFay: Perfect Industries. So my opinion was we would basically have. That would say corporations there. But we could. Then this could. This would be the start of individual pages for each of them after this discussion. I don't think there's going to be enough content there to have individualized pages yet for fitness centers. It's a possibility, but I feel like there might be a little bit that might be too much of a stretch for this one right now. These other pages don't exist. The fitness centers are the only one that I kind of tested and played around. Yeah, obviously that's not a good fitness center photo.
Blackwater Digital Services: It's all, it's all old people.
Chris LaFay: It really is. I like my computer was like, you know what we're gonna do? We're just gonna put all people that are like 75 plus on this.
Blackwater Digital Services: Well, those are the only people that understand the. How important blood pressure is. Nobody thinks about blood pressure as being an issue anymore. Even though it's still blood pressure and heart disease is still one of the top killers of people in America. But everyone's more interested in Covid and cancer and other things right now. Yes, but no, I like this. And what we can do, I think is once we, like you said, once we narrow down exactly how we want that first section to be and populate it with the correct text. Then we can just clone it for the other industries and then update it.
Chris LaFay: Yeah.
Blackwater Digital Services: With those particular industries.
Chris LaFay: So you can take a look at the fitness center page. You don't have to review it now I'm going to put a tool on here so that you can leave direct feedback on it which we'll walk through in a moment.
Blackwater Digital Services: I do, I do like the font. If it just didn't have the diagonals, I like the font.
Chris LaFay: Otherwise it's good to know I'll. That at least will push me one direction or that that gives me a filter. That's the word I was looking for for. So yeah, under industries, as you're clicking through this, I don't think these were created yet. No, those weren't. So the only one that's created here is fitness center. So if you like fitness centers. I could have. I could have basically take this core structure and just rewrite it for hospital systems, government. As long as I know their particular problem areas.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah.
Chris LaFay: That they're focusing on.
Blackwater Digital Services: And I mean I think what, what we'll probably do is get everything to 95 like you said. Then I will go over it with the rest of the team and get their input. I will update as much as I can with the copy and stuff like that. And then if we need to loop you back in, we would. But I think what if we get it to 95? I should be able to take the copy and imagery home from there. Perfect.
Chris LaFay: Awesome. Service and support. Got a couple of different checklist items here. Don't know if they're 100% true or not, but can always. You have a general idea of what those.
Blackwater Digital Services: I like the. I like the icons too. Do you have like a palette with these icons too?
Chris LaFay: Yes. So this is on the back end of WordPress. This is the one that gets a little bit more technical. But it's because you have access to like 1500 icons. And so rather than giving you a. I can't really populate a drop down menu of 1500 but there's a website, it's called Font awesome and we subscribe to their entire kits basically. Okay, so you'll go over here and search for hammer. And obviously there's a lot of hammers here. You have one specific subset installed, not all the different stylization.
Blackwater Digital Services: Right, right.
Chris LaFay: Yours is. I think yours is solid classic. You don't have to memorize this. It's going to be on the back of the site for you to be like when you're doing this look at Solid Classic. Then now here, the five that you have for hammers. Some of them, you'll literally just click this old code and it'll say copied and you'll copy that entire HTML thing and paste it in the place that I tell you to. Some of them only require the name. So. So this FA dash and then just the word hammer. Some of them only require that.
Blackwater Digital Services: Where is it? What is it referencing? Is it something server side on our WordPress instance or is it someone else's?
Chris LaFay: It's. Yeah, it's on yours. So basically inside of our core theme that we have, we have downloaded all of the different styles of these, but on a per site basis we unlock one of them. Not because we're trying to. Not because we're trying to hide them, but because we don't want half of your pages to have one style and. And then have to have a different one.
Blackwater Digital Services: No, that makes sense.
Chris LaFay: So that way it keeps it simple. So, yeah, you'll have access to all of these and I think. Yeah. So classic solid. There's 3700 icons that you have to choose from.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay. They have any blood. They have any blood pressure icons.
Chris LaFay: Let's just type in blood and see what happens. Pumps.
Blackwater Digital Services: Look like it. Pressure, probably health or something like that.
Chris LaFay: There's gonna be a lot. There'll be a lot of stuff with health tagged in it.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah, no, these are great.
Chris LaFay: Yeah. So you got a lot of options.
Blackwater Digital Services: Pulse right there. That's great. We're gonna use that for sure.
Chris LaFay: Which one?
Blackwater Digital Services: The heart. Pulse one.
Chris LaFay: Oh, yeah.
Blackwater Digital Services: It's like a heart with a line across it. I'm sure I'll be able to use.
Chris LaFay: Yes. The doctor stuff like, I bet. I bet pulse will bring back a bed with P.S. Heart pulls. Oh, yeah, yeah, Yep. So you got. You got a number of things there. Tons of stuff. So we go a little bit technical when on the back end of the site. We're not afraid to go a bit technical if it allows you a lot of options. Rather than being like, here's your 70 that you have, and then be limiting service and support. This is how service works. 1, 2, 3. Via service station. Now request service. Develop the contact page. Yeah. Simple, straightforward. Didn't put a lot of thought into this. Whatever fields you want to have on the contact page, let me know. We can put those fields on there.
Blackwater Digital Services: Is there a captcha built in?
Chris LaFay: There can be, yes.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah, for sure. Whatever. The most effective one that you think would be good is. I just know that it Took me two weeks to tweak Blackwater's Captcha because people just kept getting through. It was so frustrating.
Chris LaFay: Honestly. There's a lot of ways now to. Because of AI. There's a lot of ways to very quickly, more human like mess with Captcha stuff. So there's just going to be this no matter what. There's not a real like. And there's also just. We actually had credit card testing on one of our e commerce sites. It was literally. We put every automated thing that we could possibly block in place is because actual honest to goodness humans were going on and doing it. Yeah. But there was like 15 of them.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah.
Chris LaFay: So like they're. It's wild the places that people decide we're gonna waste our time on these guys.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah. Yeah. So that the only. And also I think it would be good on the contact page was that to get a quote page or the contact page.
Chris LaFay: Right now they're the same. We can make them two different forms. But I would just need to know what you. What. What fields and stuff you want. I also do plan on putting on these at the very bottom a get a quote box as well too.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah. I think it'd be good to have two separate pages for the contact page. We need to include the phone number and the mailing address.
Chris LaFay: Okay.
Blackwater Digital Services: It's a P.O. Box. It's on the current website. And there's a. There's a few phone numbers.
Chris LaFay: Awesome. We can. We'll put. We'll bust that onto two columns and we'll put phone numbers and stuff like that over there.
Blackwater Digital Services: And then also a drop down to let them select whether it's regarding service, sales or general.
Chris LaFay: Fantastic. Can do that. And then one of my favorite things about AI note takers is you can say it and I can say that sounds great. And then it'll be in my notes. I'm. I'm still. I've been doing it for like two or three years now, but I'm still not quite used to it yet. Anyway. I digress. Sorry.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah. And then. And then whenever that goes out, it'll just fire off to three different email addresses.
Chris LaFay: Yep. What are the. What are. Do you know what those email addresses need to be?
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah. It's gonna be timid. Public commentinc.com sheila@publicomink.com and Doug.
Chris LaFay: Yep. Can't do that.
Blackwater Digital Services: Probably. Yeah. And then it'll be service and support. Sales general and probably billing as another option. Services support is one.
Chris LaFay: Oh, got it. Okay. Drop down menu for this would be request type.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah. Service and support. Yeah,.
Chris LaFay: Cool. Awesome.
Blackwater Digital Services: Sales billing and general.
Chris LaFay: Sales billing. The same thing? The same.
Blackwater Digital Services: Just sales comma, billing, comma, general.
Chris LaFay: Okay, awesome.
Blackwater Digital Services: And then. Oh, sorry, it's service, singular and support. There we go.
Chris LaFay: Hey, perfect. Awesome. Sounds great. Got that. Fantastic. Let me. So I don't have this tool installed on your site yet, but I will be doing that probably tomorrow. Okay, tomorrow. And you'll get. I'll. I'll send you an email with all this stuff. So let me walk you through what this is actually look like. This is another site that we're working on for a video production company here in Georgia. There will be this little nifty red button over here. It'll say report issue, report feedback. And when you click it, it's going to take a screenshot of whatever's on your screen. So before you push it, kind of, you know, make, before you push the button, make sure whatever's in the screen. Make sure that whatever is on your screen that you want to talk about is visibly on the screen. You can then if you want to, you can draw arrows, you can draw a box if you want to highlight something. And then over here on the right hand side, just be specific. So like for example, change hot off the press to whatever you want it to be. And then like the, these are project cards. So like project cards, I want the title to be below the category tag, which I realize you don't know what these things are, but they, they, this, they would know. Okay. So the more specific you are and not saying this looks bad or I think this is weird, or this is showing up wrong, describe what is wrong and describe what you want.
Blackwater Digital Services: And then at what point will I be able to directly edit content in WordPress?
Chris LaFay: When we. Basically when we launch. So I'm going to go through and put everything in for you. And so this is a great, like, this is. This is fantastic for. Let's say you wanted to go. They had this little nifty little slider thing that goes on here. So this is something that you wanted to change. The way I would do it is I would do this and say subhead, not brand awareness, but product awareness. Big title. You want this product paragraph. Here's all my paragraph. Content bulleted list, 1, 2, 3. And then that way all of that ports over kind of in that order. Does that make sense? Yep. So that way it's thorough. We know what you're talking about. We don't really have any questions. Basically, if you were to read this and look at the image, the question to Ask yourself is, would I understand what I just wrote and know what to do to solve the problem. Problem. So that's what you'll have on your site. And so you can go through each of the pages, drop notes, all of that gets funneled into our project management system. And then we can just go check, check, check, check, check, check, check, check, check. And done. And then if we have any questions from that, we can then aggregate a list of whatever questions we have and then send those over to you in one fell swoop. So we don't get email notifications every time somebody submits one of these because our inboxes would be, oh yeah, very full during QA time. So when you're done with this, you just need to send me an email that says, hey, I'm done, so that we know to actually go take a look at things. So how does that sound?
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah, all sounds great.
Chris LaFay: Awesome. That sounds good. The only other thing that I will say is that if you, when you're looking at the fitness center sub page, if you like the general story structure of this page and want us to go through and just kind of draft in some content for hospital systems, government, etc in an email, just let me know, here's kind of the story for why hospital systems choose us. Here's why government chooses us, here's my blah, blah, blah. Okay, but before we copy and paste and duplicate it, I want to make sure that this structure is good for you. So I don't want to go through and duplicate them all and then go through and make changes across all those pages. I'd rather get the structure correct first and then duplicate. Does that make sense? Yep. Awesome. Easy peasy. Any other questions?
Blackwater Digital Services: No. What?
Chris LaFay: What?
Blackwater Digital Services: Yes, actually. What stock footage libraries you have access to so I can search them for.
Chris LaFay: Great question. 123Rf.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay.
Chris LaFay: Yes. And so you can search for like blood pressure. I'm going to show you what, what I'm looking for. You can actually, actually let me show you one. Actually before I do that. Over here under the filter tab, they have a, they have a checkbox that's automatically selected that says include AI generated content. So if you do not want AI generated, make sure you uncheck that box. It has a knack for turning itself back on, just letting you know. So if you see something you're like, that doesn't look right, there's a chance that it's not. When you find stuff that you like, what I'm looking for is when you click on the image and you view kind of this page, I'm looking for this URL up at the top. Can you not see the address bar? Hey, I'm looking for the URL and the address bar.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay.
Chris LaFay: And so send over my. One of my other recommendations to make things feel like they're a little bit the same or closer to the same. With stock photography, if you find a photo that you like, go click on the. The photographer's name and then search within their portfolio, because that way you might. There's a higher chance that you will find images that at least kind of aesthetically look about the same. It's not always going to work, but it's at least worth a shot. Okay, so. So if you. As you're leaving comments in that tool, if you want to swap an image with something in particular, just add that 123rf URL in that description and be like, swap the image on the right with this one. Okay. Yeah.
Blackwater Digital Services: Great.
Chris LaFay: Any other questions? That was a good one.
Blackwater Digital Services: I don't think so. No, I think we're good.
Chris LaFay: Wonderful. I like it when it's simple. It's great.
Blackwater Digital Services: Then when the time comes, you'll be able to help with getting everything ported over into flywheel. I think I might need to port out some DNS stuff from 1 and 1. I don't remember now, but we can cover that.
Chris LaFay: You have access to your DNS at 1 and 1?
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah, I have access to everything.
Chris LaFay: Okay, sweet.
Blackwater Digital Services: Great.
Chris LaFay: Something that I always have to ask. I have heard. Yeah, I don't know.
Blackwater Digital Services: I don't know if it's on GoDaddy or One on One or wherever it is. I think I have most of my stuff on GoDaddy, even though the hosting is at Flywheel for no particular reason. It's just how it's always been done.
Chris LaFay: It's the.
Blackwater Digital Services: Yeah, one and one.
Chris LaFay: One. Yeah, that's right.
Blackwater Digital Services: The registrar domain name is GoDaddy. That's what it is.
Chris LaFay: There it is. Well, who's your email provider through.
Blackwater Digital Services: GoDaddy? It's Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy.
Chris LaFay: Okay. Do you use your domain name for anything else other than website and email? Then porting that over will be a piece of cake then. Okay, there will. There might be downtime because any DNS change there.
Blackwater Digital Services: Oh, yeah, no, that's. That's totally fine. But I think there's. There's a. There's a couple of security features and a. Like a spam firewall associated with the email, but those are the only other things.
Chris LaFay: Gotcha.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay.
Chris LaFay: You'll basically. I Think it'll just be your DKIM, your SPF record, all your GoDaddy records and then your website a record stuff will just get swapped. You would think that they're Cloudflare does a really good job to where it's like, hey, if you're moving your DNS to Cloudflare, it will go and look at your DNS and copy and paste it for you. I don't know why others don't do that. It's DNS records are all public records. I don't know why when you're moving your DNS from one location to another one that accepting DNS isn't like, let me make this as easy as possible for you. And copy and paste. None of them do except Cloudflare. It's weird but anyway, I digress. Next meeting time. So I will have an email over to you tomorrow with kind of a summary of all of this with also the URL to the site to where you can start leaving feedback, content, images, etc. Let's put a meeting on the calendar for when your due date for that will be and then we'll meet. We will either meet. I would love for all of your stuff to be done a day or two prior to that meeting so that I can take a look at it, see if I have any questions about it. And we'll use that time that we schedule either for me to ask you questions about things or. Or we'll cancel it and we'll bump it a few days or about a week or so and so you can then see the 95 basically.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay, when is the next installment due to you?
Chris LaFay: Great question. I think we're set on 30 day cadences, so probably 30, probably a month if I had to guess. That's what most of them are.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay, so like well, June 15th or something.
Chris LaFay: I don't even remember. Oh yeah, yeah, it's probably. Yeah, that sounds about right. I'm logging in now because we technically got. We did all the stuff a couple of weeks ago, but then I went out of town and I think yeah, it took a minute,.
Blackwater Digital Services: It's not a big deal. I was just curious.
Chris LaFay: Let's hear, I'll pull it up that I have. I'm almost there now at this point. Website built agreement was signed on the 13th. I think it got the. I think the payment got sent out a little bit later because I forgot to tell my operations person, hey, invoice this guy 30 days from execution, which was on the 13th. So yeah, June 13th. So a couple weeks. Okay, cool. So in Terms of next meeting, do you need about, you want about two weeks to get this done? Yeah, one week to get done. Okay.
Blackwater Digital Services: Let's do two weeks to be sure. And I maybe I can get it earlier.
Chris LaFay: Let's do this. So two weeks from now is the week of the 8th, the the following two weeks after the 8th. So the week of Monday the 15th and Monday the 22nd, the week of the 15th, I'm out all week. The week of the 22nd, I'm out three out of the five days. Very poor timing on some stuff is what that was boils down to. So what would be great is if we could meet before that so that I could get people on edit doing any of the edits while I'm gone those two weeks. So if we can meet maybe on the 11th, which is a Thursday. Okay, that would be great. So if you could have it done by the 8th or the 9th, that would be fantastic. How does that sound to you?
Blackwater Digital Services: Can you do the 12th? Because I definitely won't be able to have it done on Monday.
Chris LaFay: Okay. Yeah, I could do the 12th.
Blackwater Digital Services: Okay.
Chris LaFay: That's how much I like you. The day before I go on vacation, I'm breaking my Friday no meetings rule.
Blackwater Digital Services: No Friday, no meetings. Will I have a. I have a Monday no meetings rule.
Chris LaFay: So the way that we do it actually has worked out really well. Monday we do all of our project management meetings. So we have all of our client meetings on Mondays. And then Tuesday we have a touch base with each of our team members. And so we basically get all of the feed we send out. Friday status reports. Monday we meet with clients to make sure that there wasn't, you know, anything we needed to communicate about. Tuesday morning, first thing, we have a meeting with all of our team members to dole out everything we learned on Monday. And then everybody goes on their merry way and gets stuff done. Okay, so that's kind of the structure we've had. It's worked out pretty decently. We've done it for about five or six years now. But yes, Friday, I can you do. Can you do 2:00 clock on the 12th?
Blackwater Digital Services: Yes.
Chris LaFay: Awesome. That sounds good. I'm going to go ahead and block an hour for us. I don't think we're going to need it, but this is a. Website for content. Q and A. Blackwater. Awesome. Google Meet has been added. Check, check, check. Awesome. So yeah, content. All of your feedback will be due on the 10th. That'll give me Thursday the 11th to look over anything. If you ever have any questions, we'll meet on Friday to go over any of those questions that I have. And then the next couple of weeks will be spent actually making those changes that you've requested. And then when I get back from my two weeks bouncing around like a pinball, we'll then meet after that, go over the hopefully what would be a 95% website, and basically put some final touches on some things. So making the process as simple as possible is the goal. So great.
Blackwater Digital Services: Love it.
Chris LaFay: Any other questions, comments, thoughts?
Blackwater Digital Services: No, that's it. Thanks, Chris.
Chris LaFay: Fantastic. Well, have a wonderful rest of the day today and I'll catch you later, sir.
Blackwater Digital Services: Talk to you later.
Chris LaFay: Bye.
Blackwater Digital Services: Bye.
