Hello again. It. Got zoned out there. How was your weekend? What did you guys up to? The girls had a climbing competition, and then we had some stuff at temple yesterday. Very nice, normal, straightforward. Yeah, that's good. Was it Ainsley or Laurel that wasn't feeling well at the end of last week or maybe the middle of last week? Ainsley was sick on Monday and Tuesday. That's what I'm thinking of. I'm thinking of the pile of toys. Yeah, Ainsley's. All the hedgehogs, especially. Got to meet a hedgehog yesterday, and that was really exciting. I was standing in the back with some parents and I was like, what? What's the opening bid? And they all told me to be quiet, and I was like, I want a hedgehog. Like, that's not. This was a science event, not an auction. That's hysterical. Oh, man. Chris, for pool defense, I'm mentioning the invoice issue with him, and then I'm just talking to him about Shopify and Fulfillment. Right. Because he's running the. The sales through the WordPress. Shopify integration on WordPress. Yes. This is the small one that you have that you have like a day or so worth of hours to help him get Shopify created, get it all his stuff connected up, and then we'll toss the plugin on top of it, so. Got it. Okay, cool. I guess I'll. I'm on calls from now until 5, so I won't get to it till later today. But I did actually have some other things to ask Brandon about, but I guess I'll send it via email. I accepted Bobby to come in, and I don't know where he went. Oh, he might have to accept the recording part of it. I think that's whenever I have things set to, like, that's recording on Google. I feel like I allow people in and then it waits a second. Okay, I might be making a wrong assumption. Who knows? I don't know how technology works. Is there a reason you use motion instead of Gemini? I'm trying to get better about doing tasks, and motion literally puts it on my calendar for me. So when I finish, I think go to my calendar and I look at the thing and I do the thing, and so I'm better doing things when they're right in front of me. Are these things you want to do or you're being forced to just. Just blink once if you're safe. Blink twice if the robots have taken over. I mean, do I want to do client work all day long or would I rather just Go and like, play and pits around on my fun little side project that nobody is ever going to see and only I'm ever going to see. Oh, no. I don't know. Makes bag some days, you know. Yeah, yeah, Yep, yep. Distractions are hard. That's all I'm gonna say is I. I mean, it's 2:30 somehow, and I didn't. Haven't gotten anything done today. It's Monday. I mean, I've been working hard, but nothing has been completed. I'm almost completed with something today. I'm very happy about that. I was focused for about two hours today, so yippee K. I've been focused. And then. Yeah, yeah, I'll complete something. I'm mailing somebody a book and, oh, I don't know what. This isn't it. It's around here somewhere. I hand lettered the envelope. That's cool. Yeah. I was like, I could pay electronically or I can hand letter the envelope and send it in the mail. She's like, we'll do that. She's a designer, obviously. And then she'll keep. All right, before dawn speaks up and tells us to get our. Together, let's, let's. He knows, Don. Well, already. You can see my face saying. All right, everybody, children, sit down on the carpet. It's time for circle time. Yes. I could sense the energy. So let me give you guys just a little bit of an update from Aries side. What's the third c for. City consulting? Okay. Okay. So we're out of all. We're out of all the products except for the LifeTune one. And that's the one that lives on your phone or devices like that. And we're unsure. It's supply chain issues that won't be remedied till maybe Q3. So. But here's, here's the. There's always a. There's always a good side to most things. And as a dedicated optimist, here it is. It is the cheapest. It is the one that we all need, no pun intended, because our phones create most of the. The heaviest chaotic EMF frequencies. And it's always with us. It's so close to us, almost 24 7. It's $99 at the most. And everybody needs it. And it's a great starting point. And our total lifetime value on average for customers is just over a grand. So they're not buying a one and stopping. Yeah, buying a one and coming for more. And it's easiest to pitch because I just pitched it to you and you're all like, oh, yeah, he's. That's a good point. He's right. These are. Things are easy to do. So instead of trying to sell a catalog of products. Well, I mean, five is not a catalog. Selling one is a lot easier. And all of our brain scan content, essentially, almost all of it, which is a lot, features the one as the Aries device brought in to show you the improvement. So it's a good thing. Even when the company first went commercial, it had four or five products. So most brands start with one offer, build on that, and then grow through innovation. So this has happened before. And so when you're thinking about stuff related to our work together, keep in mind that we're selling the one. Okay. Okay. Makes sense. That's my only update. Y' all producing in Iran or something? No, I think it's made one of those Eastern European countries like Philippines or Singapore or something. Philippines is not an Eastern European. I. Geography is not your strong suit, Andrew. And that's okay. Be like Ukraine, which I'm not familiar with them making chips, but maybe they do. No, I. It's like Lithuania or something like that. But the supply chain issue is the manufacturer itself. And as a publicly traded company, I really can't talk about this stuff. Gotcha. Yeah. Because there's stocks. Got it. But we'll leave it at that. All right. There was problems with the founder who's no longer part of the company. Josh is not the founder. CEO. And it's complicated. Okay. I don't need to know. Yeah. Cool. But we're going to make it work. So you have the one in stock. Do we have enough in stock to like. Yes. Okay. Yeah, we have like 40,000. Okay. So that can. And we have a. We have a few bits and pieces of other things and we're. We have some interesting activations coming up. We just did the Timberwolves game. So we all have product for that. There's products. There's some product that's not like returns and things like that. There is a little bit of product for some things, but we'll get some more in stock in the meanwhile until we figure it out. And we're truly trying to bring all the manufacturing to the state so we can control it completely. Got it. Okay. Since we're talking about products, I do have a random question. And it is website related. Sure. Aries membership. What is that? So it's an opportunity to. You get. It's like any sort of membership to a brand. It's like the VIP thing and they get. It's a year by year membership and they get discounts. A fixed discount that can work on top of other discounts. Okay, so is that supposed to be able to be purchased? Mm. Okay. Currently you cannot get to the page for that and you cannot add it to cart. Just get the out of here. And it's been that way since we started working with you and. All right. Yeah. I thought you were gonna say, oh,. It redirects immediately, right? Yeah. And if you do quick add it errors. So what I thought you were gonna say was, oh, that's not supposed to. Be live on the website. Let's hide it. No, and it's. I don't know why it goes 499 on sale for 99. That doesn't make any sense either. And it's also listed as on sale. So. Okay, So. Okay. This makes me just adding to the annoying. The annoyance I have with the person who's in charge of that. Is it a Aries employee or contract employee? Okay. All right. We won't say anything bad. This is recorded. Okay. So if we look at. I just logged into y' all store and look at redirects because it's probably there. Andrew, this is out of my wheelhouse a little bit. But what would it make any sense given that the. The One is going to be the primary seller right now to create some sort of a bundle to lock in recurring revenue with getting the One and the membership in some way, shape or form when it comes to product and like marketing, pricing and things like that, that's not my skill set because I realize you don't want to dilute annual value and all that kind of fun stuff and blah, blah. But I also know the idea of locking in people to a. Getting people to do an annual membership during a purchase process that they're already going to go through is a little bit simpler. Yeah, you're right. And specifically that we're pushing the One. We expected there'll be a return customer. So we need to turn off all the bundles right now. But I'm okay with bundling it. The subscription with a purchase for sure. Would that carry a discount at all? Because the membership technically gives discounts. I can't remember if it is effective immediately or not. Okay, let me find out. So I'm not seeing a redirect in the Shopify redirects for that product page. So it might be in your code base. So let me do a search. Also, since I'm on the product page, if you want me to change that 499 thing I can. It's just there's a compare app price set and so that's what's causing it to say it's on sale and the Original price is 4.99. Just have it. No original price. It's $99. Actually. I take that back. When I requested permissions for our, our access to Shopify, I didn't give us the ability to edit product pricing. So I can't change it. Okay, that's fine. Yeah, I'll make them do that. I have a spreadsheet going for stuff that we should be able to do in house. Yeah, that's like a 60 second change at most. All right, so Aries theme. And just. I'll jump in while you're pulling that up. Andrew. The couple of things I had on my list was the LifeTune one page. Just want to talk through some of those changes that you brought up last week and then find out other priorities for April. But now that we know that that's pretty much our priority for April, we skip that line item and then. Chris, have you checked to see if the contract's been signed yet? It hasn't. Okay, cool. And then just getting that you got. So off the record, he's just going to keep paying you. He's. He's tough with signing contracts for some reason. I don't know why. But you're just going to keep getting paid. I have the same problem. I suck at signing contracts. I don't know why it is. Yeah, I mean he never signed my contract. I've been working there a year. I just keep getting paid. Eventually I stop worrying about it. I have it sitting here. But I don't think I have the authority because I'm not an officer. Yeah. Publicly traded company. That probably gets you in trouble. Yeah. Just keep invoicing accounting at and you'll keep getting paid. On the homepage side of things. One thing that drives me nuts is that your hero section is the podcast. If we're gonna go hardcore into selling the one that hero section needs to change and actually, well, the one here, here's. Here's the logic there and I, I wanna, I wanna like redesign the home page anyway. Just give us some more like modules to use. I, I hate the text sucks. 99% Of new traffic. Or it's like 90% of traffic is new Net new. So they don't know us. They don't know they clicked on an ad. We're buying all of our traffic except for repeat buying. So they're coming to us. And we just want to establish as much authority as possible as fast as possible. And it's coming. 90% Of it's coming through mobile. So if you're not familiar who Gary Breckett is, he's basically like top three influential people in wellness and biohacking and all that good stuff. Maybe top two. Like you got Huberman. You got him. Yeah, maybe one or two others. So there is a lot of authority and influence that were trying to. Piggyback off of from him. And we, we moved around the home page last week. Chris and I moved that down and I moved the One promo first. Like the. Which is basically the hero section beneath that. This is Aries. Yeah. And then Josh want to move it back. Do you have analytics on like clicks within each section? Yeah, we don't really review site analytics. We mostly review. And that's, that's. And that's not. That's because you gotta pick your battles. And I think a lot of the battles we have pick is mostly around ad creation and content and. Remains that as a like core focus. But we also didn't have the dev people we had today to where we can make real changes. So the answer is the homepage. Not always. No size. Size should be on this call. I don't know where he is. Let me see if he can come. He has, he handles a lot of the meta stuff. Because this is so. And Andrew, correct me if I'm wrong because you're more of an expert on the, the retail side of things. If, if the push. If we're going to pretend like we're a one product company for the time being, then we should create a landing page that isn't just the PDP specifically for why you should buy the one. Right. The CTA then pushes you to the PDP for the one. Right. Redo the PDP for the one so that CTAs are in better locations, things are more visually organized and structured and. Then. Put analytics on said landing page so that ads drive to a, A landing page that are. If the ad is talking about purchasing the One, it goes to a landing page with the One on it. And then analytics to see through, click through rates of all those types of things. That's my assumption. Yeah. Yeah. So like agreed. And I think that's where we're at now. So like the, the, the. All hands on deck to sell the One exclusively is. Is been happening, but it's here now. So full mission, unified mission and having an improved PDP page for the One, having the lander for sort of the advertorial page. We've already been discussing that. Like, that's part of what we want to focus on. So. Yeah, Sai question for you. A majority of our meta ads directly when click through. They click through the homepage or where do they click through Currently homepage. I've been starting to put some straight to the live team 1 PDP, but for the most part to the homepage. Okay, there you go, Chris. Okay. Do you know from an analytics perspective, how many people are actually going. When you actually get somebody to click through an ad, go to the homepage, are they actually buying the product at the end of the day? Yeah, I mean, just depends on like the performance of the overall ad, like which ones are performing well, which ones aren't a lot of them or like which campaign they're in. Some of them are high conversion, some of them are traffic. Just kind of depends on how it's built. But we are like, people are buying like the ads that are going to the homepage. People are still converting. Yeah, got it. So if we were to create a. If we were to create a landing page specific for all the reasons why you should buy the one and the CTA on that would then be to go to the, you know, adding to cart and whatnot. You would be able to. If we were to run a test with that landing page, we could take some of the ads that you're running and instead of pointing them at the homepage, we could point them at the landing page to do some testing on which one converts better. Yeah, for sure. Fantastic. Dope. Yeah, definitely. Yeah, we're all about the. We're all about the testing. Sweet. So psy, the membership page, I just dropped it in glue. It just quickly redirects somewhere. We don't know where we'll redirect to the homepage. We don't. We don't know why Andrew thinks it might be in the code. But also the quick add to cart break is broken. So it's been that way since these guys came on board with us. Okay. Yeah. I'm not seeing a redirect in Shopify redirects and I don't see one in the code. So far I've done some quick searching. I'm not seeing it. What could, what could force it to do that if less could be a foot. Yeah. It's interesting because in the network traffic, I don't even see a 301 or anything happening. Was that a page that Harris's team built, Bobby? I would have to assume so. Okay, I can look into Replo and Shopify and see what I could find. See. Bobby, do you have a library of what I'm just going to call active lifestyle images with people with the one on their devices? Do we have one yet? How extensive it is I'm unsure, but we do. We have professional ones, semi professional ones and amateur ones. Could you send over whatever Google Drive folders or Dropbox folders those are? I'm going to look into playing around with some layout ideas for the one and curious as to what options that that I have to play with. Yes, real quick. So we do have a landing page for the membership. That's fine. I'm on it. It links from the footer. There is a a gold call to action add to cart midway down the page. That works. It adds the cart and takes you directly to the cart. The join now at the top. Same deal. So it's just on. Ah, there it is. So if you remove everything from your cart, you have an empty cart and once you continue shopping, you click on that. Here, I'll share my screen. By the way, we have a hard stop at three, just FYI. Okay. This one's boss to toe does the same thing. Bo. Okay, so. All right, all right. So for one, dawn, we're going to get you product photography lifestyle with the 1. Do you want some messaging? So we, we like the advertorial style landing page for like why you, why do you need this? Why you need to buy this? Type messaging and content with, you know the classic B2B sales page. They call it advertorial and B2C. What else? What else we working on? Andrew's going to try to figure out that membership page. What if we just took it down and created a new one? Well, it's the product page that's got the redirect on it, not the actual page you've created. Okay,. So you got to have the product existing in order to add it to cart, right? Well no, because it does exist because I'm adding it to the cart through the membership link in the footer. But it's through the product page itself. The product page has no information on it. So why don't we just change that button into an add to cart and bypass the product page. So that page is on as a collection page which the collection page is set up to just grab products and display. Oh right, right. So it's a collections page. Okay. Yeah. So ideally I guess what needs to happen if we can't figure out where it's redirecting from is to create a redirect in Shopify and see if we can like override the current redirect to push that product page to the membership landing page. Okay,. So, yeah, give me. What I'm going to do is I'm going to, over the next week, I'm going to lay out a updated landing page for the one. Because the order of operations that I feel like needs to happen is if we're actively running ads, let's go ahead and redo. Let's create a landing page specific for why you should buy the one. That's point number one. Point number two, that immediately follows that is relaying out the PDP page for the One. And then from there we can then start testing add order flow. Not add order flow, sorry, but pointing acid at the other landing page. See if we get better conversion stuff along those lines. Okay. And then if we play our cards right and we can update the homepage layout a little bit, that'll be point number three. We'll see what happens. Okay. That's lower on the priority list though. Yep. Okay. And Andrew, real quick, I know it's time. I'm going to get you. So I'm thinking of the. The science we have. We have a shitload more PDFs, but we haven't converted them yet. I'm trying to figure out how we can do it without being me. Do you need the HTML alone or do you need the HTML and the images separate? Because there's free ways that I can just convert it to HTML and get the code without it. But Acrobat separates the images from the HTML. Yeah, I mean the way you gave it to me was fine with images in its own folder because the file names of the image match what it was in HTML. Able to just cross reference it, no problem. Was that easy for you to generate? Yeah, but it all comes down to me and it's time consuming. I'll figure it out. So my second question, my second point is I want to get you sort of the baseline page title, meta description. But I want, I want, I have additional content for phase two for that that will add in like just this, the SEO best practices stuff. So the pages work better. So we'll just look at getting them live just with the page title and meta description. And then we'll circle back and do around two and three. Okay, that's fine. If you want to send me like 4 or 5 PDFs that you have not converted yet, I'll do a couple of tests on my end and see if maybe I can come up with some automated, scripted way to just generate HTML and get the images and stuff without you having to do Acrobat. That might be a possibility, yeah. I can't imagine it isn't, but I haven't figured out how to do it. I'll be glad to do that if it's possible. I'll figure it out. Yep, I know you will. Cool. I got to jump. I got another call that I'm a couple of minutes late for dope, and. I let him know that you're a couple of minutes late, by the way. So thanks. Appreciate it. Thanks, guys. Catch you all later. Bye. All right.
