Chris LaFay: Good morning.
**+1 321-***-**52:** Hello.
Dawn Audano: It's taking a minute. I've tried to add everybody and it keeps giving me an error.
Chris LaFay: The joys of Google's stuff.
Matt Westhoff: Good morning.
Dawn Audano: Good morning. How are you?
Matt Westhoff: Good, good.
Chris LaFay: Y' all do anything out of the ordinary this past weekend?
Starlie: I have a new grandbaby.
Dawn Audano: Boy. Girl.
**+1 321-***-**52:** That's not out of the ordinary.
Dawn Audano: Yeah. She didn't say another. You're right.
Starlie: It didn't happen before.
**+1 321-***-**52:** That's very out of the ordinary. Congratulations.
Starlie: Thank you. A boy. I have two. Two grand granddaughters and a grandson now.
Dawn Audano: Wow.
Starlie: Busy.
Dawn Audano: All right, well, I think this is everyone, so we can jump into it. And I say that with some hesitation. Only so much that I'm having a hard time finding my agenda. There it is. Okay. Hi, everybody. How's it going? I had a couple things on my list today that I want to make sure we went over. Tom, I got your email last week about getting that new button added. Oh, hey. Hey, Josh. Getting that new button added with the call feature. We were able to get that done. And then I just wanted to check in again on authorize.net see where the contract stands. And then I know we're kind of holding on hours, but we're kind of in the end of the month. So if there was. If that's not going to finalized before the end of this week, I wanted to kind of shift focus to see if we wanted to tackle any of the other items in backlog or any other updates or improvements or just checking on the site's overall health. So those are what I had on my list. Did anything but any have anything else they wanted to add?
**+1 321-***-**52:** Nope.
Dawn Audano: Okay. So
**+1 321-***-**52:** I wish I had progress report on authorizing.net. i make it a bi weekly or twice twice a week, not every other week. Ritual to contact finance to see if there's anything we can do to accelerate the process and that gets met with. We're working on it. That's the extent of the feedback I get. So I'm still waiting for that agreement to be executed so that we can. We can get the. All the secure features we need and get that rolling. So. I don't know. Josh, I think you've been copied on the communication. Did you see anything promising in the reply from Friday?
Dawn Audano: No, no, nothing promising. All they say is we don't know how to record on the back end. Please wait. But it has nothing to do with us. Okay.
**+1 321-***-**52:** Yeah, I don't know if. I don't know if they're standing on the hose, so to speak, because they have A requesting with their SAP counterpart in order to be able to reconcile the account. There's nothing on our end short of maybe we can provide more information in the data transfer to SAP so they can connect. That's easier. But one side of the accounting team is asking for upgrades so that they can close the books daily. But that's not preventing us from getting authorized.net onboarded. I don't think so. We're in a wait and see approach and I don't want to call bigger guns in like presidents and CFOs and whatnot yet, but we're getting close to having to escalate this situation. So which is what led to hey, can we at least add the call? You know, instead of just click to find a local dealer or four parts or stream Terrain or any other dot coms, call us, we can process your order for you. So do you say that got added recently?
Dawn Audano: Andrew, you're able to add that over the weekend, right?
Andrew Booth: Yeah, so I added it over the weekend and it is sort of a two pronged approach. I used the same button style that we had for locate a dealer and included the phone number in the text of the button. So if somebody just wants to pick their cell phone up and call, they can. And then also if you click the button, it's a standard telephone link. So it would like open your phone app if you're on your phone.
**+1 321-***-**52:** Very good. Yeah, it's probably the best compromise we have at the moment.
Starlie: Okay, got it.
Dawn Audano: Andrew, do you. Well, you want to let them know that we are at least we. Andrew, just found there's a bug. It looks like there's currently a bug on the site where some of the products aren't displaying that I'm looking at right now. Do you want to explain what you're looking at?
Andrew Booth: I just happened to click on the website and I was going to check the button to make sure nothing looked wonky with it today and ended up on the Tents and Awnings page. And the very first two tents are just 404. So I literally just found it like two minutes ago. So I don't know if it's an import issue or what yet, but just saw it.
Dawn Audano: So we'll plan to look into that as well.
**+1 321-***-**52:** Okay, Dawn, that's all I have is
Dawn Audano: okay, well I know that we had talked a little bit about Semrush last time. I don't know what our timeline looks like for that. Chris, do you have any thoughts on how long we could spend on Semrush? This thrust of this month, check where we are on hours at the moment and also account for the fact we still have some imports to do as well as look into this. But we are about halfway through our hours for the month. So we have a little bit of time that we could spend on some other items or just improvements.
Chris LaFay: I would say that right now, looking at Andrew's report that he talked about about a week and a half or two weeks ago, there's probably some stuff that we can do and around kind of like the, the four to six hour range, give or take. When we pull reports like that, it's not meant to be all encompassing. It's just we kind of like look at where the things that we can edit in code and possibly a little bit in content that kind of make the, the largest sweeping changes, lowest effort, largest number of things tackled. And so that is in space that we could spend some of our time over the rest of this month if we don't think that we're going to get into the authorized on net stuff until March.
**+1 321-***-**52:** Yeah, I think if the speed finance is operating and the fact that there's multiple stakeholders in finance that are requesting kind of a more broad addressing of issues they're having, I, I don't anticipate this week getting a confirmation we can go live. So I would, I would support the effort of. Let's, let's use the balance of the February hours for site sustaining, cleanup, reporting, whatever, whatever you think is bang for the buck. Let's invest in that, keep the site secure and stable and, and operating well. And, and we'll just tackle this next week if we get the green light.
Dawn Audano: Okay.
Chris LaFay: I'll talk with Andrew about the specifics around what those are and then once, once we chat about that, we'll send you kind of a punch list via email of these are the things that we would like to tackle. Get y' all to give a thumbs up to that and then we'll get those slated.
**+1 321-***-**52:** Yeah, that works. I mean there's always those maintenance things we sit on and, and if we can, you know, spring clean, let's get going on. That
Dawn Audano: sounds good.
Chris LaFay: Perfect.
Dawn Audano: Well, if there's nothing else, then we can wrap up. And then if you have anything you need or find, find any other issues on the site, just let us know. I think that this, this request didn't come in via marker. Yeah. If there's any other requests, you can always use marker on this on the site. I know Chance uses that most frequently, but if there's anything else, use marker or Just send me an email and we'll make sure we get to it.
**+1 321-***-**52:** All right. So something like the 800 number, you'd prefer to submit a marker ticket?
Dawn Audano: Yeah, I mean, that just goes right into our system. So I end up getting the email and then I duplicate it into Asana. So if you see it on the site, you can. Yeah, just submit it as a marker ticket and we'll process it. You know, just. It's more efficient.
**+1 321-***-**52:** Okay, I'll try to remember, no guarantees.
Dawn Audano: That's fine. I totally get it.
Matt Westhoff: So, I'm sorry, did I hear Andrew's gonna look into the Sorry, we took a wrong turn problem?
Dawn Audano: Okay. Yep.
Matt Westhoff: Thank you.
Andrew Booth: Yeah, my desk has probably some sort of import issue.
Dawn Audano: Are the products. Are those first three products, Are those still active products? I guess is one question to ask.
Matt Westhoff: Yeah, that's what I was looking at right now because I know some of them, the future is to end them. So that's what I was going to look at.
Dawn Audano: Yeah.
Matt Westhoff: I'll send you a message if I come up with anything.
Dawn Audano: Okay, that sounds good. Thank you.
Matt Westhoff: Of course.
Dawn Audano: All right, talk to you guys later.
**+1 321-***-**52:** All right, thanks, everyone.
Dawn Audano: Thank you.
Andrew Booth: Bye.
