Mar 23 · Hoonigan - Current
Recurring [[TAP]]/Smittybilt account check-in covering ecommerce operations: inventory imports were fixed on production (cause unknown, resolved itself), and the team agreed on a quick text-based fix (not custom logic) to discourage P.O. box shipping addresses. Fraud filters were discussed as working well overall, with some false positives from mismatched billing/shipping. Tom shared that the Pro Comp brand is being deprioritized and effectively sunset due to tariff impacts on cost, so its lack of orders isn't a concern, and Q2 hours/contract were confirmed as staying the same pending Chris's DocuSign signature.
Mar 9 · Hoonigan - Current
Weekly [[TAP]] check-in on the Pro Comp/Smittybilt sites: ecommerce will launch on Pro Comp first per Josh's confirmation, based on fraud-pattern data Andrew pulled, then move to Smittybilt after a few days to a week of testing. Main issue discussed was a product import bug on Smittybilt where ~30-35 products were incorrectly marked as draft due to a part-number matching failure between the import file and the site; Andrew manually republished them as a stopgap and will email Matt specific questions for TAP's data team to narrow down the cause. Pro Comp ecommerce restart is pending sign-off from TAP's accounting team.
Feb 23 · Hoonigan - Current
Recurring TAP site maintenance check-in. Authorize.net integration remains stuck waiting on the client's finance/SAP reconciliation process, so as a stopgap Andrew added a click-to-call button on product pages. Andrew also found a bug with two 404'ing products on the Tents and Awnings page, likely an import issue Matt agreed to check. With authorize.net unlikely to resolve in February, they agreed to spend remaining monthly hours on site cleanup and improvements from Andrew's earlier audit report.
Feb 9 · Hoonigan - Current
Client check-in for [[TAP]]/Hoonigan focused on the e-commerce site being down due to fraud issues, with a fix hinging on getting Authorize.net approved by finance. The client's operations lead confirmed finance authorized moving forward with Authorize.net and is drafting clarification for next steps, while a MasterCard fine (negotiated from $15,000 to $5,000) was disclosed as the penalty for the fraud violation. Andrew Booth noted the dev team can set up and test the fraud filters quickly once the account is active, and flagged SEO improvement opportunities found via Semrush audits to pursue once the site is back online, targeting a February relaunch to catch pending promotions.
