Chris LaFay and [[Lauren Huh]] kicked off the signed Celebrate Service refresh project for IHG, a $4-5k design refresh (not a full rebuild) targeting launch by June 1st ahead of Celebrate Service Week (June 8th). They clarified design parameters (keep structural elements, allow repositioning, avoid changing core components like dropdowns), addressed a recurring China firewall access question (deemed likely a non-issue given past history), agreed to add sender name/email fields, and set a production timeline: designs finalized April 1st, hotel list by April 15th, testing windows in early and mid May, go-live June 1st with Heat Maps and Google Analytics turned on.
