FDA Convention | Planning Call
Joshua Hays: It's like my settings changed. What's up, ben? Hey. Hey.
Ben Collins: How's it going?
Joshua Hays: Just us and the AI bots right now.
Chris: Oh, yeah.
Ben Collins: Wow.
Joshua Hays: Oh, hey, kyle. Hello, I am kyle zane.
Ben Collins: I. I'm gonna go grab a coffee. I'll be right back.
Joshua Hays: Yeah, yeah. You better not be. Or if you are, you need to. Get some rest and drink some water and get through it. Power through it. What's up, Chris?
Chris: Good morning.
Joshua Hays: Telling Kyle said, oh, I'm feeling a little bit sick. I'm like, you better get your together. We got like two weeks.
Chris: Hey, now is the best time to get sick. Because if you get sick now, like, this is actually great. I love getting sick like two weeks before something. Because that's true. I get sick the day that I arrive somewhere. That's my problem. So two weeks before.
Kyle Hays: I planned it perfectly.
Joshua Hays: I swear.
Kyle Hays: I swear my body knows.
Joshua Hays: It's like, all right, this is. You got, you got like a four day window here.
Kyle Hays: Let's just, let's knock this thing out.
Joshua Hays: And get you back on track.
Chris: Just go start linking door at a time. Just.
Joshua Hays: If you really want to get sick. After the conference, you can lick the doorknob there. I'm sure there would be 6,000 people spreading germs.
Chris: Oh, Johnny, you play music, okay.
Joshua Hays: Oh my gosh.
Chris: My type of nerds. I love it.
Joshua Hays: Well, Johnny's your type of nerd. I don't play music. My parents play music. They're musically inclined from birth, but I'm a disappointment.
Chris: In multiple ways. I'm sure.
Johnny Hicks: I'll try to show you my, my.
Joshua Hays: Other guitarist here, Ben is also a musician.
Chris: That's what I'm talking, dude.
Joshua Hays: There we go. Frick. Yeah, man. That's what I'm talking about. Johnny's over there. There's all the guitars, drums, stand up piano.
Chris: I also love seeing videos, Johnny, of you popping up because you're always wearing a different really dope hat. And so I'm always wondering which of the city connect ones are going to pop up like.
Joshua Hays: Yes.
Chris: Yes.
Joshua Hays: Do you.
Chris: You need to get. I don't think. Oh, I know we chatted about this while I was there, but I don't think we touched on this though. There's a new team in Banana Ball for this year called the Loco Beach Coconuts. You need to get the Loco Beach Coconuts hat. That hat is freaking dope.
Joshua Hays: Have you seen it?
Johnny Hicks: I have seen it. It is dope. I want to like wait until I actually go to a game though. That's. That's the Thing.
Chris: I mean, I understand that, like, it feels more legit. Like, you feel like you're a poser with before. Yeah, I get that.
Johnny Hicks: It's the same for, like, even though hashtag Millennial Collectibles, like the. The Starbucks. Been there. Like, our rule is, like, we can't. We can't order it. We have to actually get it from. If we. If my wife and I are there. So there you go.
Chris: I. I collected hats for a while. I basically, whenever I went to New MLB Park, I got a hat. Then I realized I don't wear them as often as I want to. I like the idea of wearing them, but I don't actually do it. So I do have a loco beach coconuts hat that doesn't get worn very often, but I'm very happy that I own it.
Joshua Hays: I have some, like, really cool hats,. And you would think that because of my hair situation, I'd wear them more often, but I never, never wear hats. I. I should wear hats more often. I just. I don't know.
Johnny Hicks: You actually do look good. There was a time period.
Ben Collins: Thank you.
Johnny Hicks: Where you wore hots. You wore hats, like, all the time, and then you just stopped.
Kyle Hays: It's probably what caused the baldness.
Chris: Yeah, there's too much sunlight hit on the head. Then at that point.
Joshua Hays: Too little sunlight. No, that was the problem. I wore too many hats for too long. My hair couldn't develop at that young age. Anyways. All right, let's jump into it.
Chris: I'm a distraction. I apologize.
Joshua Hays: Oh, you're a good distraction. Jeremy is gonna join us eventually. He's on a production today, and there's a little bit of a curveball thrown. At us at the last second, so he's working through that. All right. So my goal is to just kind of get aligned and make sure we're all on the same pa. Same page at a very high level because there is so much going on. For the entirety of the event. So bear with me. I'm going to share my screen here in a second, and I don't know where I went. Camera. There I am. Okay. Okay, cool.
Johnny Hicks: All right, so you guys have all.
Joshua Hays: Of the calendar invites. Each calendar has a breakdown of the day. Again, high level. Here are some addresses. Here are some phone numbers. Here's where we need to be and when kind of thing. Oh, we got Jack joining us. Here we go. Hey, Jack. He probably is figuring out teams. Hey, good morning, man.
Ben Collins: I also got a curveball, so I'm good till about 9:45, and then I've.
Joshua Hays: Got to jump out. 9:45 Already passed us, man.
Ben Collins: Let's say 10:45. We'll pretend I'm in a whole different time zone because of the stress.
Joshua Hays: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm gonna, I'm gonna get. I'm gonna get your stuff out of the way and Chris's stuff out of. The way because I know you both. Got to get out of here. You've got a hard stop, so no worries. All right, so at a high level, the calendar invites have a day by day breakdown. Each day has kind of a here's where we're going to be and when, here's who needs to be where and. Anything relevant in terms of details. So if you've got your phone on you at the event, just pop open your calendar invite, click on that, it'll have the day' or anything relevant that. You need to know. In addition to that, at the bottom. Of every day, there is a Google Doc link. And the Google Doc has the full breakout as well as everybody's phone number. In case you need to reach out to somebody. Also, in each of the day invites, there's these attachments that have information from the event itself in terms of, like, layout, where to check in, what information. You need to know. For most of you guys, you don't. Need to know any of that. That's mostly for me to reference, to be honest with you. But in case you wanted to just. Be a good study, that's there for you. Better to have it and not need. It in the opposite. So. Okay, all right, let's just kind of burn through these days really quick. If I open up the Google Doc,. Like I said, it has everything that is in each individual day's invite. Kyle and I are on Tuesday going to get together, get the truck, load the truck with all the furniture, all that good stuff. And Wednesday is setup day. So on Wednesday, we're planning to have Kyle and I arrive in the box truck around 11. John and Jeremy are coming up in. Jeremy's vehicle around 11. And Jack and Moses, who's one of our videographers, they're coming up in the production van. Ben, you can just kind of come in and go straight to the Airbnb. Check in is at 4pm, so no major rush. There's going to be six of us. Already there, and we aren't gonna. As much as I would love the. Help, I don't think we're gonna need. The extra set of hands that day. So the six of us should be able to get everything loaded up. Booth set up Good to go. And so you can go straight to the Airbnb. Chris, I know you're flying in and then Ubering, right? Yep.
Chris: Correct.
Joshua Hays: All right, so you can just Uber. Straight to the Airbnb as well. You guys might beat us there. Check ins at 4. You guys are both added to the Airbnb reservations, so you should be able to check in. Whoever gets there first can go through whatever the check in protocol is. We can park two vehicles there. So Ben, you're going to be vehicle. Number one parked there, and then Jeremy is going to be vehicle number two. The paper jacket van and the box. Truck are going to stay at the hotel. So set up. We're going to get there around 11. Setup is from nine to five. I honestly think it'll take us three, maybe four hours at the most to get everything set up, locked and loaded. Good to go. When we're done setting up, we're gonna. Head back to the hotel. Jack, you and Moses are going to be setting up or bringing in and. Setting up the camera equipment, but that's. Going to be the last thing to. Set up and the first thing to break down. So I know I have 11am arrival here, but you guys probably don't need. To get there until like, I don't know, one o'. Clock. So I would just make a note for yourself. 1Pm arrival is good for you guys. You're gonna park at the hotel, pay whatever insane fee they want to charge. And then the rule is you can bring stuff in by hand. You may not use a cart. It has to be carried by hand. So you might have to. You and Moses are probably gonna have to make a couple tricks trips to. And from van to the event center. So try your best to get some good parking. But it all has to be done by hand. Otherwise the union kicks in and they take over. If you run into any issues. Jack, when you arrive and they're like, no, no, no, no, no, you got to go to the loading docks. This is a commercial vehicle. You got to unload. Freeman, the union has to handle the unloading. Don't fight them, just go pay the fee to have them unload the. Because I think they charge per pound and they'll bring it to our booth. The booth number is in each calendar invite and the booth numbers at the top of the Google Doc as well. I'm always going to be available, so you can text, call me or whatever,. But generally, you know, try to park there. Try to unload yourself. If there's any issues, just be like, okay, know, don't fight it, just let them unload it, charge the car, we'll deal with it later.
Kyle Hays: If they park in the actual parking lot, they're not going to be seen.
Joshua Hays: That's what I thought too. Yeah, I think if you just go. Straight to the general parking and just kind of bring your stuff in there and assume you're supposed to be there, then I don't think anyone's going to. Have an issue when we get there. Kyle, I'm going to have you go. Ahead and go to the, the, the. Registration booth at the front, get all the name badges, sort it, check in,. Get anything that we need to have, and then Jeremy, Johnny and I will get stuff situated at the booth. We're going to try to be back at the hotel by around or the Airbnb by around 4 or 5 because we need to shower and get changed. And Kyle, Johnny and I are going to Uber or take Jeremy's vehicle back to the hotel for an exhibitor reception. Now Chris, Jack, Ben, I didn't include you guys in any of the after hours events, but it's optional. Like I basically wanted to be like, look, you're not on the hook for this. No pressure. You do not have to do this. You can sit at the Airbnb at the pool and doordash yourself some food and relax and I won't have a problem with that. But if you wanted to hop in, you're more than welcome to. There's evening events for exhibitors all three of the four nights. Or three of the four nights. Okay, any questions about Wednesday?
Ben Collins: Just an update if you're cool with it. I'm gonna wait and drive over a little later. I mentioned my father in law passed about a week and a half ago. They're doing like a reception that night from 5 to 7, so I'm gonna pop in there and I should be over there by like eight.
Joshua Hays: Yeah, that's totally cool man. No worries. Yep, nothing going on that night or. That day that we'll need you for. So all good. Chris, that means you'll get a couple hours of the pool by yourself. Enjoy it, you know, maybe set yourself up a nice cozy beverage right in the air. In the Airbnb. There are I think six rooms. Johnny and Jeremy are sharing a room, Kyle and I are sharing a room. And then everybody else has their own room. Okay, Sorry, where I'm at Wednesday. That was Wednesday. All right, Tuesday, this is when we get things going. So we're gonna arrive at 8:30 and. Sorry, Thursday. Yeah, Thursday we're gonna arrive at 8:30 at the Gaylord Palms, go to the convention center or the exhibit hall. And the exhibit hall opens from 11 to 6. I know that they'll probably have like. Waves based on like what's going on at the event and when different breakout sessions are, when keynotes are happening. But generally the exhibit hall stays open all of Thursday. We're getting there early to make sure that we check over every, all of the booth, all of the materials. We pre game. We have our plan, we're good to go that day. There is, there's coffee, water and some snacks there. But if you want to grab some food on the way over, we can decide that maybe we can doordash something in the morning, whatever, doesn't matter. But from 11 to 6 we're working the booth and I'll talk to you briefly about that here in a second. And then from 6:30 to 7 we're headed back, showering, changing, and then Kyle, Johnny and Jeremy are going to a. Dueling pianos thing for vendors and exhibitors that night. Kind of cool. So everybody's welcome to go as well. I'm just trying to factor in breaks. As well for everybody. So Thursday we're working right work in the booth, working the event the whole time. Friday kind of same, similar schedule, slightly earlier arrival and earlier exhibit hall open. So we're gonna get there around eight. Exhibit halls open nine to six again. Things will come in waves. We'll head back to the Airbnb 6:30, 7:00 shower change and then there's a really cool evening event that night. It's themed, so if you want to. Wear a costume, you can. The theme is legends and lore, so. Kind of, kind of cool. I, I don't have a costume, but definitely gonna go.
Kyle Hays: Can I expense a Mandalorian costume or.
Joshua Hays: Yes. You may not. You may not. You may expect. You may expense a black shirt. That is it. That's all you get. So yeah, anybody's welcome though. But that's from 7:30 to 10:30 on Friday night. And then on Saturday we're gonna do another early arrival. 8Am Exhibit hall is open. We are working 9 to 2pm and then I'm sure that people will clear out before then. But we literally cannot break down our. Booth until a minute after 2pm or they find us. So don't break anything down, Jack. Don't break any equipment down. Don't do anything that appears to be breaking the booth down until after 2:01pm. Or we get hit with a hefty Fine. Super fun. Love these things. So 2pm or 2.01pm we will break down. Josh, Johnny, Jeremy and Kyle, we will handle the booth breakdown. Jack, you and Moses will and Jeremy. Will do the like camera equipment first. Like that'll be the first thing. So 201pm you guys are breaking down. Camera equipment, pulling up cords. Maybe the rest of us are like just kind of consolidating stuff. And when you guys are out, Jeremy,. Johnny, Kyle and I will handle the rest of the booth breakdown. Chris, you're good to go. Ben, you're good to go. If you need to leave a little bit sooner than the, than when the exhibit hall closes, that's fine too. But generally after 2pm you're good. We won't need any more hands. As much as I would appreciate the offer, we don't need it. I think it'll be too many cooks in the kitchen, to be honest with you. So we will handle the breakdown and the union is going to haul the furniture back out to the docks. Kyle and I will meet them with. Box truck, they'll load it all up,. Charge us a big fee, and then we'll be good to go. So that is the high level agenda again. Each one of these days are broken out across the calendar invites that I sent. There's a Google this Google Doc is linked. I have a few updates to make the calendar invite, so you might get. An email here in a second. But generally Google Doc is the, the. Holy grail of information for the event. Okay, let's go over. What are we doing. Right. Couple quick things. So we sent out to at least 3,000 of the physicians. We included an insert. And this went out last. Well, actually this week. I think it arrived this week. And one of the draws to the booth, because we know not a lot. Of people are excited about buying marketing. One of the draws to the booth is look, come shoot this free doctor profile video. Now, there was a moment where we flirted with the idea of calling it a podcast. I think in some ways we still refer to it as a podcast or podcast style. It's not really a podcast and I, I was worried that a lot of. Doctors wouldn't really understand that or they. Might be scared by that. So we're calling it a doctor profile video. So we sent this out. There are 63 slots that we've already set up a calendar for. We've got about six slots already booked. I imagine that the majority of these. Will happen in real time, so we'll. Probably maintain a wait list on an. IPad Jack, I'll probably keep you near that. So if someone pops in and they're like, oh, I want to do that,. We can just kind of pre book. The slots already available or create a wait list. But this is the draw, right? We want to get them in, we want to film them this short little video because we can use this as leverage to follow up and ultimately try. To maintain a conversation. So we sent this, or they sent this out. It was an invite to book a slot. And like I said, we've already got. A couple good slots already booked. But this, if you're looking for something when someone pops into the booth to be like, you know, other than we. Do marketing, we can shoot a doctor Profile video for you right now, like. Right here, and you can get some. Free social media content. This is going to be great. We'll refine all of that the morning of and kind of talk a little. Bit more about strategy. But the, the, the doctor profile videos will be taking place at the center of our booth. It will be the primary visual driver that I think people that will create. The most interest and people will be most drawn to. And if you have somebody that's like, ooh, that's, that seems cool, then, you. Know, bring them over and we'll have. An iPad and we can book them. A slot or we can put them. On a waitlist, or you can tap Jack on the shoulder and be like, hey, can we squeeze this guy in next? You know, whatever the case may be, we want to get as many of these shot as possible. This is our primary driver to try. To get some high quality follow throughs, follow ups. So this one out this week, it's looking good.
Kyle Hays: Should we use that link? Should we use that link if we're talking to someone to see the availability and collect their information.
Joshua Hays: The iPad will have this already loaded. But yes, anyone can. Yeah, you guys can use this link as well. I would stick to the iPad. It's just going to have everything preloaded and I'm going to familiar. Help Jack familiarize himself with that too. So we try to use that calendar as much as possible to keep the slots in order. So here's the thing. I booked their seven minute or, sorry, they're 15 minute slots for seven minute. Recording and I only booked one every half hour. So what that means is though this says there's only six through three slots. We actually could fit twice that if we were just go, go, go, and we had enough interest. We can do 15 minutes. 15 Minutes, 15 minutes, 15 minutes. So it is an option, but I left those unbookable in case we had people floating around the booth with interest. And we wanted to plug them in. Right. We could. Ben, I'm going to drop this link. So Ben is a. Also going to kind of operate as a co host of these podcasts or these, these doctor profile videos. Jeremy is probably gonna do like, you know, half a day. You'll do the other half a day, or maybe you guys do an hour on, an hour off. I'll let you guys kind of decide what you want to do there. Generally, the profile video is meant to. Create a profile about the doctor. Right. So who are you? How long you been doing this? Where are you guys out of? And then there's the. The what, why, and legacy questions here. Here's the deal. There's going to be some free flow happening. I want it to be organic. So as long as you get who they are, what they do and where they're located, then, you know, I. Dealer's choice in terms of like, how you want the conversation to progress, where you want to kind of take things. Jack and. Or Moses will flag you when it's been, you know, hey, we're getting close. We're at like five of seven minutes. It's going to go by very quickly. But it's meant to be that short form content. So who are you? What do you do? Where are you located? This is one of my favorite questions that I think would make probably the best question out of the bunch of which is, did the career choose you. Or did you choose the career? I think that that's opens the door to some really good stuff. So keep that link handy. I also, I think I put the link in the Google Doc. Yes, it's on the first page. Podcast questions. It's linked here in case you need it as well. You're also welcome to print that thing out and have a handy, you know, reference it between shoots, whatever. But I think this is going to. Make for some really cool content. You guys will be sitting in nice, comfy chairs. We'll have some, some plants. We've joked it's like between two ferns, except they're not ferns. We've got the Gen 4 New York Ave, really beautiful backdrop and there's going to be a lot of foot traffic happening. So I think it's going to be. A really cool setting to get some good content. Ben, any questions about the questions? No, not at all.
Ben Collins: I think, yeah, eight questions for seven minutes is. Is plenty of prompts. And I think you're right. I Think the, you know, the stuff that's more open ended, more emotionally driven is going to be the stuff where we kind of get the gold. So. But yeah, no, sounds great. I'm excited.
Joshua Hays: Yeah. Okay, good. And, you know, you're good with conversations, so just let it happen organically. Again, the primary is, who are you,. What's your practice, where you locate it?
Ben Collins: Yeah, I'll let, I'll let Jeremy do the first hour. I can kind of watch him study how you guys want it. But yeah, totally. I love an interview.
Joshua Hays: Cool. One thing to keep in the back of your head in the reason why we are using the word business in. The questions, but you don't have to. Use that is because we're probably going to have a blend of practice like physicians, practice administrators, and vendors. I suspect that we're going to actually. Have some good traction with the vendors. In fact, one of the things that I'm kind of tasking Kyle with for this whole event is to spend more. Time with vendors than physicians. I think there's a bigger opportunity for. Us to do some really big work. With the vendors that are the exhibitors that are there. So as much as we really want positions, I actually think that the, the. Bigger fish might be in the exhibitors. So Kyle's going to be focusing on that. We may bring a few, he may bring a few into the podcast or the, the profile video. Same kind of questions apply, to be honest with you.
Ben Collins: So what was the third category, Josh? You said you've got the, like, private practice and then exist.
Joshua Hays: So there's the physicians. They're typically the owners of their practices. Or on the board of their group. Right. There's practice administrators. These people, like, are the underappreciated heroes of the practice. Honestly, they're my favorite. If we can make friends with them, they, they're great. And then there's a dentist. They're running the business. Yep, yep. The doctor probably doesn't appreciate them as much as they need to be appreciated. And I will be the first one to tell them that. I'll tell them that in front of their doctor. It's very much like sell to the spouse. The practice admin is the spouse. They, they are the, the. And then there's the vendors. So other exhibitors, vendors. And there are some really, really big fish here in this industry that I. Think we could make some good inroads with. Chris, for you specifically, that might yield some, some pretty big project work. And just so you know, if there's something, if there's an opportunity that pops around, pops into our booth and they're like, look, I don't need marketing, but,. You know, we need a website. We're just going to refer them to you. That's part of our deal. So if they buy a marketing plan with a website, it's yours. If they buy. Just want to buy a website, that's yours. Our primary focus is to get clients. That are interested in the Gen4 marketing system. The exception would be standalone websites. Again, that could be something that we partner on, or that's something that we just refer out to you. And with videos, if they just want standalone video stuff, we, we can have that conversation. Because paper jacket, right? So. Always defer to one of the. NY team members if there's a question. All right, so let's just kind of go through the rest of these materials at the booth. There will be several things for you to give out. Again, the primary thing we want them. To do is do a profile video, because then we've got them, we've got video. We have an. We have an excuse to follow up. We have created something familiar to what we do. Like getting them in that podcast chair. Is so, so important. However, I hope there will be a lot of people that are like, you know, what, what is Gem 4? But you guys do. And so there will be a couple things to hand out. The booth kind of talks a little bit about it, but generally Gen 4 is, is a system. Everything that we sell now is we're branding it a system. And the system is essentially all of these many moving pieces of marketing, plus some are working together towards a common objective of practice growth, patient retention, and overall strengthening of online visibility. So the first and probably primary thing. That we're going to have in the. Booth to hand out are these rack cards. And I think we have like 2500 or 3000 of them, so we should have plenty of. It would be great to run out, to be honest with you. But rack cards kind of match the vibe of the booth, and these also match the vibe of all other Gen 4 materials. The front basically is like, hey, if you're smart, you don't follow trends, you implement systems. This is really speaking to the practice owner that has been hearing this a lot lately is stop doing the trendy stuff. Implement systems to be able to grow and eventually sell your practice. So that's why we're using that word so much. But it's got a list of things that is included in, that are included in Gen4. We talk about upgrading marketing. We frame it that way. And on the back we talk about, basically there's just a better way to do this. You can communicate and convert your patients more effectively. And that's what Gen 4 does. So this is like a very high level 30,000. But here's what we do. This is what Gen 4 is. And here's where you can learn more. So this is our catch all. Everybody can get one kind of thing. The second thing available will be a business card. We'll have a ton of business cards there. It's a generic New York ad business card. So we'll have a bunch of them available. You can hand everybody rack card and a business card, plenty of them. Business cards are premium quality, like extra thick silk paper with a foil on the front, a little bit of foil on the back. They cost a fortune, but hand every single one out. So business cards and rack cards are. Kind of your bread and butter. They go to everybody. And then we have. This is kind of cool, we have a scratch off card. So we have a thousand of these. I would say that if someone's like,. I've been thinking about doing some marketing,. Or I've been thinking about changing my vendor, I've been thinking about a new website and marketing sounds good. You or, you know, there's a buying signal of some kind, other than I'm just here to scan my badge so. I can be entered into a contest over here. You know what I mean? Those people can get a business card rack card. The people that are like showing some interest have some buying signals. Even the people that do the podcast, right, they can get a scratch off card. The scratch off card is an incentive and I had to follow very strict gambling rules here, but basically they can scratch it off. And I would encourage you, by the way, to keep a quarter in your pocket to help them to get them to scratch it off right then and there. Right, let's look at what you got. And these are all legitimate. So there are six incentives that they can get. Now they have to execute an agreement with us. It has to be at a minimum. Billing threshold and they have to have one of these. But the 6 incentives are pretty strong. Thinking the rarest of them is one month service credit up to about five grand. So what that would mean is if they, if they get one of Those, it's like $5,000 off, essentially one free. Month or maybe a month and a half, depending on their plan. If you guys get someone to scratch one of those off, you need to be like, whoa, stop. There are only five of these. This is like the Charizard of the OG Generation 1 cards. You need to keep this. If you're not going to use this, give this to me so I can give it to someone that will use it. This is. There's only five of those and all.
Jack office: The shadow list back in the day.
Joshua Hays: Yeah, Kyle had a whole deck too, by the way. They just sold for like 20 bucks.
Jack office: I sold my entire first edition base set in 2019 before everything blew up. So I'm. I'm very bitter. Anyway, sorry. Yeah, activation.
Joshua Hays: These are legitimate quantities and there's. We're not, you know, being unreasonable about this. So one month free service credit is very important. We've got 2500 off one time. That's also a pretty hefty discount. A free media production, 250amonth in advertising credit. A year of breakfast. Because these medical practices love their food. Like give me food all day long. So that essentially equates to we send them. I think, I think it's like one. 25 Or $150 gift card every month, just as free breakfast for the year. And then a fifteen hundred dollar printing credit as well. So. Thank you. So we've got a lot of really good incentives here. And the thought is if you have someone that is expressing a, like sharing a buying signal and you can give them one of these and get them to scratch it off right then and there. It's kind of like a. Dude, this is amazing. Whoa. You, you got this. It doesn't matter what it is, right? Everybody's a winner. You got that? You got to turn this thing in in 90 days. And if you want to like put this to action. Let's go. Now if you have a couple people that are part of the same practice and they're like, can we each get one and then pick the best? Ah, we don't normally do that. But for you. But for you. Yes. I'm gonna. Don't tell my boss. He's standing over there, he's talking about. Gen 4, blah, blah, blah, blah blah. Don't show him that I gave you these. We'll just scratch them off real quick. Pick your favorite. We'll pick the best one. Yes. You can have a couple if you. Would like and then pick the best one. You cannot combine them, but you can still sneakily scratch up a couple of them. Pick your favorite, but one per person kind of thing. All right, so we're hoping this will be kind of a. You get a buying signal and we. Can elevate that conversation with the scratch off. So rack, car Business card standard for anybody and everybody. Scratch off for the people that are showing kind of buying signals. And then last but not least, if you've got someone that's like I, I'm ready to go, like the scratch off is great. I hate my marketing company. I'm ready to get this thing done. Let's go. These are going to be the very,. Very rare. Hail Mary's. If we can get someone that's like, yeah, I'll close today, then let's make it happen. These are going to be available to everybody. I think that it probably needs to be a conversation that Kyle, Johnny or I have, have. But we've tried to make this as simple as possible. We've consolidated a 10 or 11 page proposal deck into a two front and back. Did I lose Chris? Is he gone? Yeah. He's like, bye, I don't want to be a part of this anymore. There he is. Great. Chris saw the pricing and was like I'm out.
Chris: I just jetted.
Joshua Hays: So these are available for everybody. We've consolidated like an 11 page proposal deck into this to two sided eight and a half by 11. We will have I think 100 of these pre printed ready to go in case an opportunity presents itself, which would be awesome. So a couple things that I want you to see on this is there are three primary categories of plants. There's what we're calling the practice plan which is basically up to 3 locations. The group plan which is up to 6 locations and the network plan which. Is up to 12 locations. Can someone who owns a solo practice beyond the network plan? Yes. Can a network of 12 locations be on the practice plan? No. And so this, these plans, the pricing and everything is factoring in the multi location aspects. So you can be smaller with a bigger plan but you can't be bigger. With a smaller plan. So just something to kind of keep in mind. But they've all been purpose built for the scale or the size of the practice. If it's a vendor, they would just. Be on the first plan there unless they wanted to kind of scale up what they're doing. One thing that we marked here is that like hey, if you sign on at this event, you get your website included. Now spoiler alert, websites always included. It's just a way to have one more thing to try to get them. To take action then and there. So the website is included. We want you to sign today. We want you to come on board. What plan suits your, your practice or your business best? Good news is, you know, most of these plans Are all of these plans are robust. They have a little bit of almost everything that we offer plus some. And the Gen4 system is the best thing ever invented. Right. So just play it all up on the back side of that. So they need to pick one checkbox, X, initial, whatever, pick the plan and then on the back is the I'm agreeing to sign my life away. And they would just need their business name, their name and title, signature date, accept it. And when they're starting, our start dates. Are always on the first. So again Kyle, Johnny or I will probably be the ones to fill these out. But if we're unavailable and you got someone that's like let's go, then just do it, don't wait, just get this thing aside. Right? One thing is that the clients have a 10 day worry free guarantee. So this is a great way for someone that's thinking of I'm on the fence. I don't know. Look, you're at the event, you're busy,. I understand, but I don't want you. To lose that incentive. Plus you got the scratch off thing like let's make this thing happen. The good news is you have a 10 day window where after signing this. Thing within 10 days you can cancel the whole thing. Anything that's left on your contract at that point, if anything can be completely. Canceled after 10 days of signing. So we're trying to remove all the roadblocks. Right? There is no additional cost for the website or onboarding. You sign here today or you sign from this event. You get all of that covered and included. We've got three pre built plans here so you don't have to think about what needs to be included or, or what shouldn't be included or how I should tailor the budget or what's the. Right plan for me. Everything's kind of pre built and then. If you're worried about signing because you're a little tipsy, no worries. You have 10 days after this to withdraw the contract. So this again probably something Kyle, Johnny or I will do. But please do not wait on us if we're busy or we're not to be found and someone's like yes, sign me up. Just fill this thing out. I don't care what you put on here, as long as you get a signature. We'll make the rest happen. And I know that John or Ben, Ben and Chris, you guys have been around this space long enough to be able to hold your own in a conversation. So if, if we're not available, you. Know, just fake it till you make it, baby.
Ben Collins: Got it.
Joshua Hays: What's the prize?
Kyle Hays: Forever gets the most signatures.
Joshua Hays: The most signatures. Well, that means Chris's prize is he gets a lot of websites. Hey. And then I'll, you know, I'll give the biggest high five to whoever gets the most signature.
Kyle Hays: I'm bringing these to the piano bar. Everyone's gonna be plastered.
Joshua Hays: As long as you don't. As long as you don't bring them to me and say you got a. Bunch of drunk people to sign. As long as I don't know, then. You know you do. You. All right, so to be clear, the network plan, I just want to point out one little thing here. You see that there's an item for media production and an item for podcast production. I need you to read that or very clearly in case someone asks. So they can either get six productions a year or they can get four productions plus a 12 episode podcast series. So it's not you get both of these. It's. You can pick one of these two things,. You get a network plan. Deal. That would be amazing. Okay, Johnny, what do you got?
Johnny Hicks: If someone's like, what if I want both? What is, what is the procedure? Or what is the next step if they're asking you to upsell them?
Joshua Hays: What if I want both?
Johnny Hicks: Yeah.
Joshua Hays: Well, so, all right, this is one of those weird things where it's like, there's really not a major difference here. You're just dropping from six to four productions. So you are on this option getting both. But if someone is like, I gotta. Have six, six is my magic number,. Then I would say that's something we can definitely make happen. I don't think it's going to be a major upgrade. Probably about a thousand dollars a month. So that's kind of the magic number. If they wanted to add two more productions a year, just say, yeah, I think it's about $1,000 or more a month. I can hand write it in here. You can, you can initial it. But that's probably the only thing that we would want to have a conversation about. Because if someone's like, well, what if. Instead of 20 posts, I do five posts and what, I don't need email,. Mark, It's a system. You're buying a system just like you're buying software. You can't pick and choose your features. And, and that's kind of how we're pitching this, is that it's, it's kind of like SaaS, right? You don't necessarily get a lot of control over. Over what features are not are not included. I mean, every iOS update I get. That is shoved down my throat, I'm. Like, I don't want half of this, but I still have to have it. So that's kind of the mentality at the show. Now New York custom builds plans for clients all day long. That's all we do, right. We're starting to try to box things in. But I would say that if you're at the show and someone is looking to sign up, we're not. We don't have the time to be. Able to try to custom build something here. We'll meet with you, we'll schedule an. Appointment, we'll have that conversation later. But if you want to go, go, go, which a lot of these people do. We've pre built this and these are. The plans that basically fit every practice. Okay, so this is anything else? Yeah. See you, man. No, you're good. Thank you. Appreciate you.
Ben Collins: All right, thank you guys. Looking forward to it. I'll text with you, Josh, in advance. See you guys in a couple of weeks.
Jack office: Thanks, man.
Joshua Hays: So those are the primary materials we've got at the event. And I just want to circle back to what the where I want to land today, which is kind of the strategy for the booth. So we've already talked about pretty heavily. We want to get people into the podcast or into the doctor profile videos. That is essential. The more of those bad boys we have, then the more tangible follow ups we can do. And so the cream of the crop that isn't a closed deal will be people that sat in that chair and didn't interview you there be they're going to be the people that Kyle will follow up with intentionally. We'll have a drip series that he's working on. We're going to have email campaigns going with the video, the link to the videos. So like we're, we're gonna hit those people hard. What they don't know that they're signing. Up for in exchange for that video is to just be hammered,. Buy or. Die kind of thing. But generally the goal is to introduce ourselves, right? Hey, we're New York Ave. We are local. So the event is in central Florida. I think there are a lot of regional practices, but the bulk of the people coming are, are Florida based. And I think we, of those five. Or six companies that are coming that say they do marketing or websites, I think we're one of the only based. In Florida or where the work is. Happening here in the backyard. In their backyard. So in some places on the booth and in Some materials we highlight. We're in Central Florida on our business cards. I chose to highlight that as well. Since this is a local event. I think that there's going to be. More Florida based practices than there are. Aren't then there aren't. So what we'll do is I think that we can use that as an. Opportunity to have a conversation. Right? So like we're New York ave, we're excited to be here. I hope you're enjoying the conference. We have got the most insanely great. System for problem solving all the marketing pain points that businesses like yours have been experiencing the last two decades. I would love to talk to you about it. You just got like 30 seconds, right? I do not want to serve up. What we do is we do marketing or we do websites. It doesn't, it's not clicking anymore. And these medical practices are always think about marketing and websites as advertising and. They're like, I don't have to advertise. And it's like what we're talking about. Here, we're talking about patient retention, leveraging marketing and digital strategy to strengthen patient retention to build your reputation, Mr. Doctor so you can brag with your golf buddies. I mean that's the reality of this situation is a lot of these guys are choosing to hire us because it's an ego thing. Half of them are doing that and the other half are saying, you know what, I actually do want to grow my practice and I, I want to. Sell my practice one day. So let's get this thing in order. So I just want to caution everybody not to just be like, we do marketing. We're New York out. We're based in central Florida. We've been around for over a decade. And we have the coolest, most efficient way to problem solve all of the marketing pain points that you've been experiencing or may have been experiencing the last two decades. And the best news is we are. Strictly focused on patient retention. Like we're not trying necessarily to draw new business, although that is a part of what we do. As much as we are focused on helping you connect and stay connected with. Your patients, we want you to grow. By keeping your business and increasing referrals. This is the language that works for them. For them. That is what's important. We want to look good for our patients. We want our patients to keep choosing us over and over again. And overall we want our practice to look good in case Advent Health wants. To buy us out. So really important to highlight the retention aspect, the System component of Gen4 and the goal of problem solving all of the many pain points that they have. Probably experienced at some point in their. Journey related to websites, marketing, advertising, social media, etc. I would encourage you to Chris, to pop into our Gen 4 landing page if you haven't already or ahead of the event just to kind of, you know, refresh your memory. But our primary goal there is to build a list of people that we're. Going to be able to follow up with on an ongoing basis. Heartland Dental buys us out, not Advent. What? Kyle?
Johnny Hicks: I was wondering if Advent was the right one.
Kyle Hays: Yeah, we're in a, we're in a dental oral surgeon conference. So Advent Health wouldn't be there be a Heartland Dental or something that buys them out? Yeah, I think, I think Heartland is there at the event.
Joshua Hays: Yeah, yeah, there's a couple big brands,. There are a lot of big brands that are actually trying to get their practice or trying to buy up practices. So I actually believe that something behind the scenes in a lot of these doctors minds is going to be, I. Might want to do that. And I think in order for them to do it, they know they have. To get their house in order. And part of getting their house in order means getting their social media, their website, their digital presence on lock and. Getting their patients reengaged. So if they're thinking I want to scale and sell or I'm ready to close, retire and close and maybe sell or I'm new, I just started my practice and I want to grow like we can. Gen 4, right. Gen 4 fits in and can accomplish all of those goals and accommodate those. Needs for each one of those practices at any stage. All I'm saying is just tread carefully with we sell websites, we sell marketing, we sell video. It's just a little bit worn down and I would rather try to reassure. Them that we're not just like every advertising company. We are here to help you focus. On building meaningful relationships with your patients. And know we're not a CRM, we are a marketing system. So there are a couple companies there that are doing marketing. There are a couple companies there that are doing websites and there's a lot of companies there that are doing CRMs that say they do marketing. Those by the way, for the record,. Are never actually marketing companies. They are CRM companies wrapped around a templated website and a God awful recycled marketing strategy. We're not trying to fight those, but we are trying to identify the clients that value their own reputation, their brand, their growth strategies, their patients. Those are the people we want to identify we want to spend the most time with. So there are three parts of the booth. Just really quick. The left side is probably where most of the information will be available to grab and distribute. It's where I think three to four. People will always be standing. That's more of like an introduction, warm people up, see where this is going kind of thing. The center of the booth is where the podcast is going to be happening. I still need to talk with Jeremy about this, but if we don't have people slotted, we might do our own stuff there just to kind of keep the cameras rolling and keep the action happening. So the center of the booth will be the podcast and then the right side of the booth, which is also an end cap, will be more of a closing lounge, dig in, more detail kind of section. Kyle and I will probably be hanging out there for the most part. So that is ideally for someone that's like, I love all of this, this sounds great. I just have some very like specific questions or I'd like to know the pricing. Then if we're available, bring them over there. If we're not available, bring them over there anyways and show them the pricing. So it's kind of like we're segmenting the booth by like introductions, podcast slots, and then like detailed conversations on the right side. I think we have plenty of room to be able to manage a pretty decent amount of foot traffic. But I think I should let you know there's probably going to be long. Stretches of time where there ain't going to be nothing happening. So, you know, feel free to find a comfy chair or check your emails. On your phone or whatever you need to do. Go grab a bottle of water. Now lastly, because Chris, I know you got to go and I want to wrap up here too. Generally, I want the vibe to be approachability. I think that a lot of marketing companies either give off stuffy or they give off really small town, homey kind of vibe. Like I'm the guy that does all of the work. You know, it'd be like if I was standing in my 10 by 10 booth and it was, you're buying for me and I'm doing the work. There's nothing wrong with that. But I'm trying to differentiate between the stuffy companies that are way too corporate and kind of inaccessible and the guy that's been at these events for 20 years, but he's honestly still the guy. And he's aging out, right? Hasn't really scaled, not really doing anything new. He's been leveraging his relationships for a long time. But people are looking for something fresh. Gen 4 New York Ave is fresh. If anything, I think a lot of people are going to wonder if we're a new business. And that's why I want, you know, located in central Florida. We've been doing business for 13 years. This is our 13 year anniversary this month. That guy over there has been doing it for 20 years. That guy over there has been doing. It for 10 years. You know what I mean? Like, we are not new. We're new to fda, we are not. New to central Florida marketing websites or video. So approachability, that's kind of what was inspiring. The, the look was like Apple store employee, right? Black shirts, jeans, bluish jeans. So I want everybody to kind of feel a little casual. Little casual, little approachable. I don't want people to feel intimidated by the tie and the jacket. I don't want people to feel that we look old fashioned. But I definitely want them to kind of get that same feeling. Like I could go ask these guys about my iPhone. I hope they don't, but I could. Go ask that guy about my iPhone. Or, you know, about my marketing, about my website, whatever. So black shirts, blue jeans of any shade. Blue doesn't matter to me. No cowboy boots. Chris not allowed. He sent me a picture. It's his cowboy boots. He's like, what do you think? I'm like,.
Chris: Don't actually wear cowboy boots. Just like, let that hit the record.
Joshua Hays: It could have worked. Maybe, maybe for. If we do an Alabama show.
Chris: Gray hairs in here, that's all.
Joshua Hays: No hats. Sorry, Johnny. Shoes, whatever, Whatever. Right. If it's comfortable, put on some shoes. No boots, but no cowboy boots. But like, you know, any kind of shoes, New balance shoes, tennis shoes, trendy shoes, whatever you want to wear. Shoes are up to you, Jack. You and Moses are going to be jeans and the New York Ave Media team shirts. So it's just the two of you are going to be wearing the media team shirts, but they do need to be the New York AV ones. You, you should wear. You should have your identification badges as well. I think you guys have New York AV ones still. Hopefully you're muted.
Jack office: We probably do from forever ago, but we've had a fire since then, so I don't know where they've landed.
Joshua Hays: So if they're not in the van,.
Johnny Hicks: I have two badges.
Joshua Hays: Okay. Bring those, please. Yeah, that would be helpful. So you and Moses will wear those or have them available if we can't find them or we don't have them. Then just don't wear any of them. Just, you know, New York AV shirt, Media team shirt is good. Yep. By the way, Jack, we are not. Yeah, there you go.
Jack office: Nice.
Joshua Hays: Jack, really quick note. We are not really allowed to film. Out and about outside of our booth. Now. I think that Jeremy's plan is to have Moses with the iPhone and stabilizer pick up some B roll of our booth and us and maybe some quick pans of the. But, you know, we can't draw a. Lot of attention to ourselves.
Jack office: All good. Sounds good to me.
Joshua Hays: All right. In terms of. The last thing I wanted to go over is meals. So there is stuff for us to eat there throughout the course of the event or the exhibitor hours. If we decide to doordash breakfast, we can do that. If we. If we'll probably doordash some dinner, whatever the case may be. Jack, Jeremy and Moses have a doordash account with paper jacket, so they can run the doordash order through there. If there's something where we go somewhere or we buy something on site, because. I think they do have like a cafeteria with food and stuff. Then, Chris, as long as you're with one of the rest of us, then we'll cover it. We have company cards, so don't buy anything that you don't have to buy. Now if it's like midnight and you're like, I'm on a doordash of Snickers right now. That's on you, man.
Chris: Take away all that.
Joshua Hays: Yeah. Not paying for that. But anything else, you know, let us know and gladly provide it. I don't want you to have to break out your card for anything that you don't want to do that for. Okay, questions?
Jack office: I know we're going to try to edit things on site, so I guess we'll probably set up a spot for me to kind of post up and get those cranking out while we're. While we're on the floor.
Joshua Hays: Yeah. So that is not necessary, but I would argue that if there's downtime, please, by all means, use it to crank out some of those edits. We're only going to have the two camera angles right. And we're not doing any bumpers or anything. So I even thought we don't even need a soundtrack. We might be able to use some ambient noise from the event itself to kind of like play a role in like, oh, this is almost live.
Jack office: Which you'll have that. You'll have that regardless because, I mean, we won't be able to drown out all the Noise that's there, but yeah, it'll be cool.
Joshua Hays: So sorry I said there aren't any bumpers, but we are doing a default. Bumper on all of them, correct? Yeah, probably.
Jack office: Probably lower third of them as well. And we'll have their name since they're, you know.
Joshua Hays: Yep.
Jack office: Going to be signing up and stuff too.
Joshua Hays: So. Yeah. Name. Yeah, that's good. I would. I. I build the template and then you plug and play name and. And practice name.
Jack office: Yep.
Joshua Hays: And the footage. That's it.
Jack office: I probably won't lower third. Ben or Jeremy, whoever's like hosting it is. The important thing is only the. The doctor, the guest is the only important person, so.
Joshua Hays: Yes. Yep, exactly. For.
Chris: For the folks that walk up live that might not schedule using the little Google Calendar link thing, how are you collecting their email addresses?
Joshua Hays: We'll have an iPad probably right next to Jack that'll have the Google Calendar available. So he could book slots and it'll ask for name and email address.
Chris: Okay. So we'll be using. That will be required. Okay, cool.
Joshua Hays: Awesome.
Jack office: Yeah, that was one files.
Joshua Hays: If there are slots, though. If there are slots that are not available but we cram them in, we'll have a note app. We'll use the iPad note app and we'll just log, you know, time, name, practice or whatever. That's also how I'll probably have us treat the waiting list of sorts. But if there's a slot available, book the slot. If there's not and they want to go, go, go, then put them on that note and then we'll piece it all together after the fact because we'll.
Jack office: Need name, email, you know, brand in order to contact them and some of the files and stuff too.
Joshua Hays: So. Yeah. Yeah, I prefer that we use the scheduling app, but again, there are twice as many slots available. Yeah. So we'll probably have a lot of. People that we just log their information in a note. I might actually just open up the. Additional slots the day of so that we can just.
Jack office: Yeah, that's probably wise. Yeah.
Joshua Hays: Okay, we'll talk about that the night before. Jack over where you're going to be slotted, we'll probably have a power strip and I need to use at least two of those plugs. One for the iPad charger, one for an iPhone charger that we can all kind of share. Yeah, we actually have.
Jack office: Hang on, let me grab it.
Joshua Hays: Chris, did you say you got a. Jet at 11 or 11:30?
Chris: It was 11, but my 11 o' clock canceled last night.
Joshua Hays: Okay. All right.
Chris: So.
Jack office: All right, we've got a multi usb. Of course the blur background doesn't want to do it show it. But anyway, yeah, we have to van a wider duck next to my face. But we've got a multi charger so we can plug in multiple stuff. So we should be able to charge the cameras. Plug the cameras into that as well as other things that we may need too. So.
Joshua Hays: All right. So as far as I know they're not gonna be as picky about how we use the power as I thought they might be. They're doing three main 20amp drops, one for each of our 10ft booths because. It's 30 foot booth. But they said we can use our own extension cords, our own power strips.
Jack office: Nice.
Joshua Hays: You know they just said please don't overload. I told them it's mostly like chargers, cameras, LEDs. And they asked me like are you gonna use one of those big lights? And I'm like no, we're not gonna. Use the big light. So they weren't as concerned. I trust you with the power management so we should be good there. Just make sure everything is taped down. You put.
Jack office: Yep.
Joshua Hays: That tape on everything.
Jack office: Yep.
Joshua Hays: Yeah, we paid them in insane amount. Of money for those three. Those three power drops. I think it was like $1500 for three.
Jack office: We're in the wrong business.
Joshua Hays: Stupid. Right. So I hope we can close the deal because if not it, I'm quitting.
Jack office: I'm retiring and going into the convention business.
Joshua Hays: Yeah, maybe. I mean there's a lot of people. In the event space. Okay.
Kyle Hays: Requires the FTC convention.
Joshua Hays: They make millions on this thing. It's probably like a 20 million dollar thing. Okay. I think. I know we went quickly. I think that covers everything. Kyle, one last thing. I forgot to mention our plans for Tuesday for the pickup and loading need to change. I am going to pick up the truck at 2pm you and I need to do furniture at 7:30pm It's a big truck. We're not going to get it close to the office unless we do it in the evening. So. Okay, we'll do an evening. Well good.
Kyle Hays: I don't have to rush through my.
Joshua Hays: Call with Al John then. Yeah. Yep. Yeah, I think that that covers it. So I would just please look over the agenda. Keep that Google Doc handy. If there's anything you need or think of, please let me know ahead of time. But at this point I'm kind of going hands off and saying I've. I've given everybody everything. I can't be the the bank to all of this. So shared knowledge is going to be. Key in a successful week.
Kyle Hays: You want to touch on the scanners a little bit.
Joshua Hays: So, Chris, I don't know if you've been in an event with these, but there's like badge scanners, pretty stereotypical.
Chris: Basically, it's a way to collect people's information really quickly. It's like a QR code or like a nfid, nfc, whatever it is.
Joshua Hays: Right, exactly. Yeah. So we have the physical devices because to get the app they wanted to charge us like 700 per person or something. Yeah, I was like, no, I will get a pen and paper. Which by the way, I actually do have little notepad, pocket notepads and pens for everybody. So anyone that's working the booth, they're going to have a few things in their pockets available to them. But yeah, the badge scanners, like RFID things, whatever. We'll have a couple of those at the booth. We'll be able to scan badges. I recommend that we scan anyone that wants their badge scan because there's going to be a lot of people doing. It just for a contest. But I think it's important that we build a list in that way because that's the only way we get email addresses. The event is not releasing email addresses whatsoever. Can't even buy them. So the only way we're getting them is by offering to send them a podcast that they guessed it on or they. We scan their badge. Just keep in mind there's going to be, I would say 80% of the people that come into the booth are. Just scanning their badge. We obviously want to give them a brief introduction, we want to hand them materials. But unless they're like, oh, this is everything I ever wanted, or this is something I've been thinking about, or this is, I want to know more what, what makes you guys different, you know, unless they do that, then I think we need to be content. On brief introduction. Here's some info. Scanned your badge. Have a good day. I want us to focus our energy on the 20. The 20 of the people that are asking the buying questions, that are sending the buying signals, that are scratching off the scratch off cards and they want to know more. Right. That's the people we want to talk to. Everyone else send them on their merry way. Right. Convincing someone they need marketing is not going to happen. But someone that may want to be convinced that we're the right fit, that's. Someone that we want to talk to. Right. So like I've already got a marketing company, but this looks like you guys. Do a Lot more than them. Yes, we do. And we hear that a lot. Everything's baked in. And we don't outsource. Except to Chris. We don't outsource. It's all, you know, it's all. It's all our team. We take ownership of the work. It's what we do. And we're located in central Florida. Let's talk. You know, I just want to encourage. Everybody, focus on the 20. It's easy to waste your time with. The 80% trying to convince them to come in and talk more, trying to convince them they need what we have to offer. I'm not here to try to convince. These people that they need marketing if. They're not already convinced of that. It is an utter waste of your. Time at the event. So listen for the buying signals. Things like my website sucks or I've been thinking about a new marketing partner or we've never really thought about this, but this was kind of cool. Oh, you do X, Y and Z. My marketing company doesn't do that. Or we're looking to grow and sell in a couple years. Is this something you can help us with? Those are all the buying signals we're looking for. But the person that walks up to you with her badge, like, she holds it out for you, like the scan, you're like, okay, I. You're just here to get a quick scan and go. So, yeah, whisper threats to them. All right, so hopefully loud and clear on that front. I really want to use everybody's time wisely. I want to focus in on that 20. I want to get a good lead list that we could work from and. Really try to maximize the impact from this event and hopefully make it a. Recurring part of our strategy. I genuinely believe our attendance at events, especially industry events like this, is going to be key to our ability to go from where we're at now to 5x where we should be today so we can get there. I think events, I believe events is going to be the catalyst. Let's prove it here and in a big way. Any questions?
Johnny Hicks: No.
Joshua Hays: Good to go. Jack. I know you, Jeremy and I will do a pre pro meeting probably ahead of the event, but should be pretty straightforward. Yeah.
Jack office: So I'm thinking too. I'm leaving all the set and stuff up to Jeremy. I'm just gonna shoot whatever he decides wants to, how he wants it to look good stuff.
Joshua Hays: Well, he's not gonna have much options there. We've already kind of pre selected the furniture.
Jack office: Yeah. So that's what I figured. That's why I'm like, okay, I'll show up and shoot.
Joshua Hays: So I think you know this, but just in case, it's all vertical too. Everything we're doing is vertical.
Jack office: Got it.
Joshua Hays: 100. Cool. Cool. All right, well, thank you, guys. Chris, thank you for being a part of this.
Chris: Of course. Thanks for inviting. I mean, if any, a lot of fun.
Joshua Hays: I'm looking forward to be cool to hang out. Cool to hang out.
Chris: You know, doing pianos, baby.
Joshua Hays: Why not bring some scratch offs? All right, guys, thank you. Appreciate all of you. If you have any questions, you know where to find me. Call, text, email. Otherwise, refer to those calendar invites. Look at the Google Doc and study up.
Chris: Sounds like a plan.
Joshua Hays: Have a good one.
Jack office: Sounds good.
Chris: Audio.
Jack office: See y'.
Joshua Hays: All. Yep.
