Told you. Told you Bobby was an interesting guy. You are not wrong. I think it's either going to be fantastic or it's going to be a crapshoot. It's. Yeah, I guess I could see that. I mean, if they can work on a one or two week schedule, like that's what we do now. Yeah, yeah. I mean, and then, you know, I think they'll be fun. I. I think Bobby is going to be the primary point of contact. Bobby just talks a lot. He just does. He's funny, he talks a lot. But that's going to be the biggest. That's going to be the biggest thing is I know that you have a propensity to let meetings go long just. And not especially like in sales situation, which is fine. I don't care. I know you don't care. I'll listen as long as you want to talk. Right, Exactly. And so I think we probably have to meet weekly with them. I think that makes the most. Do you think weekly or bi weekly? My, my assumption is part of this is weekly because I think that'll help reduce the noise in slack if we met weekly. I don't like the idea of adding another weekly meeting. That's not my thing. But I don't know. I think we start with weekly. You're breaking up. I don't know if it's. It makes sense to move it. No, I think it's. I think it's me. I think, I think I'm the problem. I think I'm eating my Internet right now. Yeah, I was saying I think to start with and then go from there and if we need to move that to bi weekly, then we can go bi weekly from there. But I think weekly would be beneficial to start with because it sounds like they have a ton of technical debt. And I think because they have a ton of technical debt, they'll want to move fast on a lot of different things. And then once some of that debt gets resolved, it might potentially move to a bi weekly scenario after that. Okay, so how many do you want to take. Do you want Bobby. Do you want to screen share with Bobby and see what the back end of their site looks like ahead of time? I mean, it's shopify. I don't. Okay. Thank you. Matters. Okay. How many, how many hours do you think? I mean, it's hard to. It's hard to judge. I know, but your hourly rate is double what Samson's is. So I'm trying to figure out like how basically what I don't want to have Happen is if they're too reactive, you just stepping in and doing the things all the time because then that's not going to help. Do we need, we want dawn in this, I'm assuming, Right? Yeah, we'll definitely need a PM for sure. Okay. So we need to bucket two hours a week for dawn. And I do actually have a sales call at, at 1. Just part of the reason I wanted to chat with you now because I know that if I time box myself while talking to you, there's a likelihood we don't get as distracted. So two hours a week for dawn. That's eight hours per month for dawn. That's gonna cost me 520 bucks. If we did. You're probably gonna be heavier on the the front end couple months than you would be the back end. So like I would assume yes, just solely because I can get up to speed a lot faster than Samson can and I can dive in and understand things a lot faster than he can. Yeah. And I have a higher confidence level than he does on that stuff. Yeah, totally. So I think definitely the first three, four months would be more heavy me than him and I'd probably be hand holding him a lot to get started. But I think once he gets comfortable with the site and the theme and the code and stuff, then he feel better about doing more. Okay, so that's also about a thousand. And that's kind of how Magic Spin was too. Yeah, totally. How many hours a month do you think you're going to need these first couple months? Obviously it'll be dependent on like what all they ask. So I realize I'm asking you a stupid question, but do you think hours a month would be enough if we're also including like a weekly 30 minute meeting, or do you think you need more like 15 to 18 or more? I don't know. I. Let me see what I've done on Magic Spin recently because that'd be a decent gauge. That's, that's a great idea because I think if I can hit 5k a month with them in revenue, I think they're gonna sign in five seconds. So magic spin in January. I did 25 hours. You did how many? 25. 25. So I did half of their hours. Okay. So, so that needs to then get bumped up then. Now did you do half of their hours because of weird stuff or did you do half of their hours because that's just normal GWP PR? Let's see. All right. 575. So. They just had requests come in that were not good for Samson from a like understanding technology standpoint. Okay, so you probably need 20 hours then. So that's more like 1800amonth. So. Yeah. And this month I've done like 11 or so for Magic Spoon already. We've got still a week in the change left, so. Yeah, 15, 20. All right, cool. So if that means we're doing 45 hours. So if I pitch them at 5k a month. So actually. So that will be a total of pay you 1800, pay Samson a thousand, pay Dawn 520. That's 3. $300 of cash going out the door. That's also 45 hours. Oops. Yeah, we can't do that for $5,000 a month, obviously. Okay, so. So magic spin is 55 hours a month at 9,700. Just frame a reference. Yeah, they're. So this is what I'm. This is what I'm thinking. I think I'm gonna pit. What I'm gonna pitch them is I like the idea of. I would love for the. I think this I'm going to pitch it is these first few months we're going to need more of your senior level time in the weeds in the code. We have an intermediate developer that we also use. And so for the first month we are. Not for the first month, but for the first quarter we want to do eight grand a month, which will basically cover 20 to 25 hours of your time, 25 hours of our other devs time, and. And project management's all wrapped up in that. That will give us flexibility to let Andrew, our senior person, be on a lot of phone calls, get a lot of the work done, prep a lot of the documentation and allow us to basically like move quickly out the gate from there. After that first quarter is done and we get into good rhythms, we can then talk about do we like this pace and we want to keep going at it or does it make sense that we need to. We can scale that down some with the knowledge that that's kind of toward the upper end of their price point limit. I think they said 3 to 7K. So actually if we do that. If you're a. Say what. Go ahead. I was gonna say just have a secondary lower option plan ready. Yeah. If we're exceeding their budget. I think he said I need to go back and look at my transfer. I think he said 7,000. The other thing. You can. Wait. I did. I miscalculated. We suspect you might have. Why did I miscalculate eight times 65, 20 hours of your time. And I pay you 90 bucks an hour, right? Yeah, 20 at 90, and then 25 hours of Samson's time at 39. That cost is actually only $2,300. Where did I get 20? 20 for you, plus dawn gets paid 65 for eight of her hours. I'm looking at the math. It's right here. It's in front of me. I just did the math differently last time. I must have typoed something. 65 times 8 is 520. Plus mine is 2300. So you're missing Samson. It's right here. I'm an idiot. Please hold. This is stupid. This is stupid, stupid, stupid. Look at the last set of parentheses. I had 25 plus 39. Not 25 times 39. Okay. Yeah. I was like, that's not right. Okay, so. Okay. But you could also phrase it as, we think you'll probably have a lot of technical debt. And that's another reason why, at least to start with, going a little higher. Yeah. And then after Q1 shifts down to, you know, whatever. Okay, cool. Also, because they said they like to move fast and break things, so slam through as much as we can in those first three months. Okay. I'm also going to make sure that Don can actually wants to manage it. So. Awesome. Are you around this afternoon? Basically, I want to. I'm sorry. After I get done with the sales call, I'm gonna write up the email to them before the DNS swap for Apex. I just want you to review it to make sure that I'm not talking out of my butt. I have calls at 2 and 3, so. Okay. Yeah, got it. Okay, cool. Sounds grand. How do I test the API for Apex? Run the Cron job in the back end. Like in the end of. In the back end of WordPress, just, like, find the cron schedule and push Go. Yep. So there's. I have WP Cron control installed, so you can pull on the back end, grab the cron job that's set to run once a week, I think, on Monday or Tuesday, and just click run. And then it'll kick off and it'll spin up, like, 50 small miniature cron jobs that if you refresh the Cron page, you'll see them all queued up. I see. Okay, cool. That makes sense. Dope. Well, my. My goal right now is to get this closed. Because if I get this closed, that means my average monthly new business requirement drops from 15k down to like 8 or 9k. And so this. This. This is big. This is absolutely Big, so. And very unexpected as well, too. So. And like I said on the call, I'd love to work for those guys. I like product fully behind, believe in it, understand it, know a lot of the science he was talking about. And they seem like cool guys. They're. Yeah. Bobby. Bobby's fun. I've had so many conversations. Bobby is bloody smart, too. Like, from a marketing perspective. Like, I. He ran an agency, did a good job with it, realized that he could actually do a lot better being a solo guy working directly with the CEO and basically saying, I'm not really a marketing guy. I'm not really a brand guy. I'm the guy that sits next to a CEO and tells their team what to do from a general, how do we grow this thing? And so he hasn't really given himself a job title there, but he's basically their gross guy and does some stuff on the side and blah, blah, blah. And we got this client because my business coach knows him and that's how I met him, so. All right. Y K. Well, I got a sales meeting here in a couple minutes. I need to run the restroom, so I'll let you go. Cool. Right on. It is a pleasure talking to you on a much more regular basis, sir. I told Ali recently, I was like. Told Ali recently, I was like, if you look at the. The ups and downs of the business, when it goes down, Andrew and I don't talk as much when it goes up. Andrew and I are talking more now. Does correlation prove causation? No, but there's a very close correlation to that, so. So you're saying that. That Daniel is the cause of all your problems. Hey. 100%, right? Yes. All right, I'm going to go. I'll catch you later. Bye. See you.
