Chris LaFay: It's.

Ciara Lydon: Hey, Chris.

Chris LaFay: Good afternoon. Working from home today.

Ciara Lydon: Yeah. Yeah. There the snow is bad, but not at my parents In Boston got 22 inches so we only got like eight.

Chris LaFay: Oh no.

Ciara Lydon: Yeah.

Chris LaFay: One of the people that I, that I work with lives in Maine and I'll just. I don't know numbers for him, but all I know is that he has not had a fun time.

Ciara Lydon: Yeah. And I guess they're getting five more inches tonight, which we're not getting any of that. But my mom is a school teacher and she's like, yeah, it's probably gonna be closed again tomorrow, which is good.

Chris LaFay: And bad snow days, which are wonderful. But then you also still have to get through all of your curriculum in the course of the. So everything just gets a little bit more crammed and I, one of my, one of my family members is a elementary school teacher and I, I don't know how she does it.

Ciara Lydon: I don't know either. His high school and I'm like, I. I could not be an elementary school teacher either.

Chris LaFay: No. I have one teacher who teaches middle school and he teaches an entrepreneurship class which is fantastic. He's like one of the like very small subsets of teachers, especially in public school who kind of get to like define his own curriculum because there isn't this like globally accepted entrepreneurship curriculum. So he basically has his thing that he teaches and every year he just tweaks it slowly but surely. Probably every four years it is overhauled effectively and like now that, that is something I could get on board with. But the likelihood of stumbling into that type of a job in the public school system especially.

Ciara Lydon: Yeah, so true.

Chris LaFay: Doesn't happen. The joys. The joys. So how has January started off with everything good?

Ciara Lydon: We are super busy. We pulled up two of our launches in the first few weeks of the year with pastries. Was not an online launch, but we were just letting customers know they can buy it in store. So that definitely impacted a little bit of team schedules and progress because we were so heads down on the launches that kind of like the more long term road mapping fell behind. But I feel like we're kind of. We'll be able to play catch up a little bit in February because we have a lighter launch schedule than. But yeah, things with the team are great. I know that Don messaged me and we're a little bit behind on our hours for this month. So I went in and added some tickets that we'll be able to work through and I think it's probably like a one off case where we get to that point. But yeah, things are good.

Chris LaFay: Awesome. Is there anything outside of that proactivity that Don just dropped a message in? Is there anything else on the more proactive side that. That we could be helping out with or doing that would make life a little bit easier?

Ciara Lydon: I think we're covered for now. Yeah, once we Once maybe. I'm like a little bit more in the details this month. Some ideas may come to mind, but things are working as expected. So that's great.

Chris LaFay: Fantastic. Anything over sometime? Anything launching or starting anytime between Q2 basically April through June that we should be aware of now to start prepping for or. No.

Ciara Lydon: I just learned of a potential new launch in mid Q2. That would be a new product. The one flag that I'll have and I gave to our team immediately is it's not going to be a line priced item which is going to have challenges for our BYOB page because BYOB is fully, totally dependent on no matter which product it is, it's going to be the same price whether you're in a four, six or eight pack. So there's going to be some reworking of the thinking there and that will probably come in more formal detail in February.

Chris LaFay: Okay.

Ciara Lydon: Yeah.

Chris LaFay: Awesome. Simple and straightforward communication. Everything going smoothly on the communication front as well?

Ciara Lydon: All good? Yeah.
