All four draft-eligible meetings (CMILC/Erin, Aeon/Steven, Sourfish/Erik, PRX/Charlie) were already followed up by Chris in live threads (Erik recap 6/8 + active thru 6/22; PRX proposal thread active; Dawn handling Aeon retainer/cancellations 6/17; Erin emailed 6/11). Drafting now would duplicate live threads.

• ⚠️ Qdrant ingest FAILED for all 9 transcripts — the Qdrant Cloud cluster returns 404 on /collections (appears suspended/decommissioned, or QDRANT_URL in .env is stale). Not an auth issue. Archive + wiki files all wrote fine; re-run Qdrant ingest once the cluster is restored. Check the Qdrant Cloud console.
• Flags for Chris: Aeon Laser retainer floor discrepancy ($1,500 in prior records vs $2,000 quoted on the 6/8 call — left both, not silently reconciled). Aeon's Steven Hendrickson is testimonial-eligible (referral = yes).
