Describe your new self-identity and its implications. </p><p> <strong>Prepare</strong> for setbacks. Outsmart your future self that will try to revert to your old mindset. Trick the trickster in advance. </p><p> Come back and review your journal often, so you can remind yourself of your decision, reasons, vision, and plan. </p>
