Notes on
① Open — personalized (this is the part that makes it feel 1:1)
"Hey [Name]! Quick one just for you. [One specific reason you thought of them — e.g., 'Ever since we talked about how isolating running a shop can get, this has been rattling around in my head and you were the first person I wanted to send it to.']"
② What it is (fast)
"I'm pulling together a small room of agency owners. Just six of us, one afternoon. The whole point is to get unstuck on the stuff none of us really have anybody to talk through."
③ How it works (the shape)
"Everybody brings a one-pager on a problem they're genuinely stuck on. We go around the room, you walk us through yours, and the rest of us dig in. Way more questions than advice, so it doesn't turn into six people telling you what they'd do. You walk out with a page of takeaways and, hopefully, a real way forward on something that's been sitting on you."
④ The frame (take the pressure off)
"No pitch, no monthly commitment, no strings. I'm not selling anything here. I just think the right six people in a room could be really something, and you're one of the first I thought of."
⑤ The ask (soft)
"So no pressure at all. I just wanted to see if something like this sounds interesting to you. If it's a 'yeah, tell me more,' just reply and I'll send the details. If it's not your thing, zero worries."
